Apple's plans for the iPhone SE 3 border on mysterious at the moment. A while ago, it was revealed that the company would release an iPhone SE model this year that wouldn't be the vaunted iPhone SE 3. A new leak now tries to clarify the differences between the two iPhone SE models, at least to an extent.
According to supply chain insider Ross Young, Apple may well release the iPhone SE 3 next year. Previous rumors claimed a 2024 release was scheduled, but the phone's launch could apparently be brought forward. Supposedly, the iPhone SE 3 will debut with a 5.7-inch display. The source doesn't rule out the possibility of the phone debuting with an AMOLED panel, which makes sense since previous reports already claimed that Apple's next iPhone SE would be the company's last LCD device.
As for the iPhone SE model expected to launch sometime in the first half of this year, Ross Young claims it could be branded as the iPhone SE+ 5G. This model will sport a 4.7-inch LCD, and may look similar to the iPhone SE released in 2020 but with updated hardware.

There is a chance that BOE wins that business if the display price comes down enough.

Next SE model is rumored to be called SE+ 5G and will have a 4.7" LCD. Previously said the next SE model, SE3, would either have a 5.7" or a 6.1" display. It is now looking like it will be 5.7". May be launched in 2023 rather than 2024.
