A new device from OPPO has surfaced on Geekbench 5 running on MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 1000+ SoC. This has led to speculation that the phone in question is the Reno 5 Pro. Meanwhile, its vanilla variant is rumored to exhibit no change in its own silicon from the previous generation.

Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 9 5G series will launch on November 26, 2020. Prior to this, however, a new device from this OEM thought to be the new line's base model has appeared on Geekbench. It seems to have the phone's rumored Dimensity 800U chipset, and competes effectively with what will probably be a prime rival found on the same database.

Nebula is a brand that has seen success on crowdfunding websites for its portable, compact projectors. Now, it is back with a more conventional launch for its new Cosmos and Cosmos Max products. They are rated for 1080p and 4K resolutions respectively, run Android 9.0 for TV and support HDR-10 with static or active contrast ratios.

The new T-FORCE ZEUS DDR4 memory kits by Team Group target both desktops and laptops, featuring multiple frequency options, up to 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) capacity choices, and high-quality IC with stable performance under heavy workloads. Recent leaks have pointed to a "new" Nokia 8000 that may launch soon. The reliable tips site WinFuture has now posted what looks like a real-life promo for this device. The possible marketing image paints the device as a high-end feature phone that might not use Android.

Sony has announced the creation of the Airpeak brand, which is to be applied to a new series of drones developed by this OEM. However, it seems these devices are to be pitched at professional content creators and enterprise customers rather than take on products like the DJI Mavic series. The OEM Huami has held its global launch for the second-gen Amazfit GTR and GTS wearables, although they will only be released in the US and UK markets to start off with. These smartwatches feature blood-oxygen, heart-rate, sleep and stress monitors, which are analyzed using their in-house PAI system. They will be available through channels such as Amazon on their release.

SK Hynix and Intel have reached a deal to sell Intel's NAND memory business for US$9 billion over the next 5 years. The sale includes Intel's NAND IPs and a NAND manufacturing facility in China.

Canon has updated the EOS M50 with a Mark II model. This new camera has a 24.1MP APS-C sensor with the OEM's DIGIC 8 image processor. It should be available in late November 2020 as a single unit or bundled with compatible EF lenses.

Samsung has launched two new lines of memory cards with compelling speeds and specs. They are the new EVO Plus and PRO Plus series, which both have the full SD form-factor and come in sizes of 32 to 256GB. They are rated for high speeds and for advanced 'sevenfold' durability.

Here, the retail giant has good deals on the latest Samsung flagship smartphones, so long as the buyer wants a factory-unlocked version. They include up to 19% off the Galaxy Note 20 series, or 25% off most S20 and S10 variants.
