The Moto E7 Power is the latest Motorola phone unleashed on the Indian market. However, it is slightly hard to see where it gets its new product name, as it has the same 5,000mAh battery as the E7 Plus. It also has the same MediaTek Helio G25 SoC as the E7, and will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage in its new market.

The last Moto E-series phone released by Motorola was the remarkably disappointing E6i, made available to the Brazilian market. With its Helio G25 processor, 4GB of RAM and 5,000mAh battery, the E7 Power is arguably more engaging. It also has a 6.5-inch waterdrop-notched HD+ IPS display, which is in step with the rest of its series.

The suffix “Power” often suggests a phone has a larger-than-average battery compared to its siblings. However, the E7 edition has a 5,000mAh capacity, which is the same as the E7 Plus also released to India. It also has a 13+2MP dual rear camera, whereas the vanilla E7 and Snapdragon 460-powered E7 Plus have 48MP main shooters.

The E7 Power also has one of Motorola’s unique in-logo fingerprint sensors on its plastic rear panel. It is to be a Flipkart exclusive when it goes live on February 26, 2021. It will start at INR 8299 on this platform; however, for those who would rather not wait around for their new Moto, the E7 Plus is available now on Amazon.
