Better than an Asus Zephyrus. Gigabyte has just created one of the best 17.3-inch laptops in the market for both professionals and gamers alike. The system packs almost everything you'd want in an ultrathin package including both long battery life and high graphics performance - an uncommon combination.

Too dim. The crowdfunded-Indiegogo MageDok portable monitor feels solid to the touch with a strong chassis design. Almost everything about the actual display, however, is a letdown at this early development stage.

Expensive. The robust ProBook convertible offers a fast SSD, silent operation and good battery life. The touchscreen can be used with the fingers as well as with a stylus. With a price of about 900 Euros (~$989), the device isn't among the cheap models.

Fantastic Plastic Machine. Despite some drawbacks in build quality and thermal management, the MSI GP65 Leopard is an excellent all-around gaming laptop for $1500. Surprisingly, the machine has one of the most color-accurate screens we have measured in a gaming laptop. The bright display backlight and 144 Hz refresh rate are icing on the cake.

The hero we deserve? Can't decide between the Asus ROG G731GV with GeForce RTX 2060 or G731GW with GeForce RTX 2070? The G731GW offers 19 percent faster gaming performance without impacting temperatures for $400 more than the G731GV.

With an optional anti-reflective touch screen. At just 13 inches, the Dell Latitude 5300 is a small and lightweight companion for everyday business. Users do not have to go without safety features and the maintenance options are reasonable. What else is in the small business laptop, we clarify in our review.

Privacy screen. HP's 13.3-inch subnotebook scores a lot of points for its slim and elegant exterior. Its inside values are impressive as well: a quad-core processor, a dedicated GeForce GPU and 8 GB of RAM (in dual-channel mode). Most importantly, the device's very bright IPS screen also supports HP's Sure View screen-protection technology.

Take Two. The Inspiron 7390 2-in-1 might look very similar to its predecessor, but under the hood, a lot has changed. At $1250, the convertible packs a UHD display, Core i7-8565U, 16 GB RAM, and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. Is it the next convertible to beat?

Unlocked Core i9 with OLED. The Nightsky RX15 is one of the few narrow-bezel 15.6-inch laptops offering unlocked Core i9-9980HK CPU options. Meanwhile, its OLED option makes the system competitive against the Razer Blade 15, Alienware m15, and Gigabyte Aero 15 which all have similar OLED features.

A cost factor. Despite its high price, the current high-end configuration of the HP Omen 17 is still significantly cheaper than other RTX 2080 laptops. Find out whether the HP Omen 17 can keep up with its competition in aspects other than performance in our detailed review.

Silent surf machine. Just 250 Euros (~$278) is the price set by Medion for the 14-inch Akoya E4253. The laptop comes with a matte IPS Full HD display, Pentium Silver N5000 processor, silent operation and a good battery life.

A compact all-rounder with fatal flaws. The VivoBook 14 scores well for its quad-core i5 processor, dedicated GPU, 8 GB of dual-channel RAM, SSD and matte IPS screen. However, there are some significant shortcomings, which our tests and review will reveal.

Turing refresh with CPU weakness. Lenovo has introduced the second generation of its slim, high-end ThinkPad P1 workstation into the market. Included on board are the newest Nvidia Quadro GPUs based on Turing, significantly brighter display options, and the newest Intel processors. However, the Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 2 shows some weaknesses in the CPU performance, of all things.

A practical gaming laptop! Acer has proven several times with its Nitro 5 series that gaming laptops do not always have to be extremely expensive. The company is back again with a new 17.3-inch model that it equips with an Intel Core i7-9750H and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, which should combine to create a solid foundation for this gaming laptop. In-screen cam and a lot of storage. Honor is pushing down the price for smartphones with high-end equipment. 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage as well as a quad camera sound great on paper and the other features look promising as well. A modern design on a budget. If you are looking for a smartphone for less than 100 Euros (~US$111) with good performance, a modern design, LTE and a fingerprint sensor, then the Blackview A60 Pro may be the device for you. There is no shortage of weaknesses. With the Ideapad L340-17API, Lenovo delivers a 17.3-inch laptop that can score points with a strong Ryzen 5 3500U APU, a solid state drive, good battery life and a quite good keyboard. Unfortunately, it does not lack weaknesses: In this case, a TN panel with unstable viewing angles is in use, and the RAM is only able to run in single-channel mode. In addition, there is no memory card reader.

New age of narrow bezel Clevo laptops. Clevo is getting better at creating more visually attractive gaming laptops without sacrificing the core performance advantages that the series is known for. We only wish that it could be easier to service.

Elegant, slim gamer. The powerful hardware of the Schenker Key 16 is able to bring all the current computer games smoothly to the matte 16.1-inch screen (FHD, IPS, 144 Hz). Schenker offers individual configuration options, such as up to three storage drives (2x M.2-2280, 1x 2.5-in) and up to 64 GB of working memory. In addition, the BIOS allows for undervolting of CPU and iGPU.

At home outdoors. The Ulefone Armor 6E is strongly related to the Armor 6 and even the packaging's differences come down to just one sticker. The Armor 6E is cheaper and while it offers less storage space, it also comes with a more modern SoC and better protection against the elements. In this review, we are taking a look at the outdoor smartphone in order to determine if this makes it a bargain.

60 FPS gaming at an affordable price. Unsurprisingly, Samsung has made some compromises for the cheapest model in its Galaxy A series. However, the Galaxy A10 is no slouch and performs well for a sub-US$200 smartphone. Portable, but not that portable. The 15.6-inch CF015C 4K UHD portable monitor is sleek and lightweight for easy carrying. Unfortunately, it relies on a clunky external hub and several cables to actually work.

A cheap gamer. The Legion Y540 may be touted as an RTX gaming laptop, but Lenovo also sells GTX variants that may be more suitable for the budget gamer. Switching to a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti drops the price by around 20% to 1,400 Euros (~US$1,565), which is a healthy saving. 16-inch display. Ever wanted a gaming laptop but felt that a 17.3-inch display might be too big and a 15.6-inch display might be too small? Then this high-power 16.1-inch Origin PC EVO16-S should fit the bill.

Surprisingly affordable. The Xiaomi Redmi 7A is available for $100. Its predecessor already had quite a lot to offer considering its low price. The Redmi 7A, at first glance, does not seem to offer a lot of changes. Can it keep up its great price-to-performance ratio?

15.6-inch 1080p for cheap. The lightweight and narrow bezel 15.6-inch portable monitor has an attractive design with a high quality feel when held. The actual display, however, is reflective of the inexpensive price point.

The attack of the 12-core! The Ryzen 3000 series has already impressed us, and now it is the turn of the 3900X to show us what it is capable of. A handy companion. Chuwi's 14-inch laptop scores well for its sleek metal design, its silent operation, good battery life, its IPS display with stable viewing angles and a wide colour gamut. Mobile Zen+ Ryzen 7 at its peak. The entry-level Inspiron 15 5585 sports the latest AMD Ryzen CPU with great results across the board. Graphics performance in particular is a leap ahead of the Intel UHD Graphics series that should satisfy casual gamers of Fortnite, Rocket League, and other undemanding titles.

AluPad with touch weakness. In a whole new look, Lenovo presents the flagship of its Convertible ThinkPads, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga 2019. The new, more compact aluminum case is convincing in the test, as well as many other features of the new X1 Yoga Gen 4. However, it has a flaw we did not expect. Eight cores and still economical! AMD has continuously improved and optimised its Zen architecture since its inaugural release in 2017, with the company having just released its third generation in as many years. AMD manufactures its Zen 2 processors on the modern 7 nm process, which offers higher IPC than Zen+, among other improvements. Read on to find what the Ryzen 7 3700X, our first Zen 2 processor, can do and whether the jump to 7 nm offers as many benefits as promised.

Blast from the past. After two years of research and development Samsung has finally released a successor to its Galaxy XCover outdoor smartphone. The XCover 4s not only comes with a robust case protected against dust and water ingress, but it also offers one special feature that almost no other outdoor cell phone can.

Razor-sharp looks. The Blade Pro 17 has the fastest GeForce RTX 2060 we've tested thus far to be just 25 percent slower than the RTX 2080 Max-Q. Perhaps not coincidentally, it also costs about 25 percent less than the Blade Pro 17 RTX 2080 Max-Q SKU.

Two times brighter than the Topjoy Falcon. The Chuwi MiniBook is surprisingly a well-balanced and versatile netbook with its respectable system performance, bright 1080p touchscreen, and selection of ports. The unorthodox keyboard layout and twitchy mouse button will take some getting used to.

Consistent. The HP Gaming Pavilion 15 handles all modern games with ease on its matte 15.6-inch 1080p display thanks to its powerful hardware. The device can even make use of its 144 Hz refresh rate while remaining comparatively quiet too. 16 GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM keeps the system ticking over, as does the 256 GB NVMe SSD.

Rugged on the outside, Fire on the inside. Take Amazon's latest Fire 7 tablet, stick it in a rugged and colorful case, and voilà: a Fire 7 Kids Edition. Parents are not only going to benefit from Amazon's 2-year worry-free warranty but also from software specifically aimed at children of various ages. Let us find out what this means in detail.

3 TB with SSD/HDD combo. Lenovo has given the Legion Y540 a small hardware upgrade and now included a GeForce RTX graphics card within the slim case. The space left for storage devices is very large. In our review we'll show the level of performance that the Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 provides.

No Xiaomi Mi 9 killer. The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, like its sister model Mi 9T, has a motorised pop-up front-facing camera to aid in the pursuit of the highest possible screen-to-body ratio. The device comes with a Snapdragon 855, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 flash storage too, but Xiaomi has made cuts in some areas that hold it back from challenging the Mi 9. Striking gold. Asus' Republic of Gamers lineup just got a lot bigger. The Strix G GL531 adds a splash of customizable LED colors to the series without impacting the overall performance we've come to expect from a gaming laptop. Fan noise when gaming could still use some improvement.

Camera quadruplets. Honor packs a whopping four photographic objectives on the rear of the Honor 20 Pro, which is a slight upgrade over the Honor 20's setup. Read in our test, whether it and the rather beefy battery justify the 100-Euro (~$111) premium for the Pro model.

Meaningful or superfluous? The RTX 2080 SUPER is the last RTX 20 SUPER Desktop GPU to enter our offices, and it is also the most powerful. Since AMD does not currently compete with NVIDIA in this performance class, it begs the question of why the team in green has even bothered to bring a facelifted RTX 2080 to the market. RTX graphics in a slim case. While Gigabyte has discreetly changed the design of its Aero notebooks, it remains true to its previous line. With the Aero 15 OLED XA, buyers are greeted by a slim and powerful notebook with many connections. We find out in our test what performance exactly you can expect.

Massive megapixels. The Sony IMX586 is currently the most widely used camera sensor in the midrange to affordable flagship price segments. Our experiences with its image quality have varied from device to device though, so we have decided to put all the IMX586 equipped smartphones that we have already tested through their paces to see who comes out on top. Guardian angel. Push-to-talk and Lone Worker Protection (LWS) are just a few of the functional benefits that RugGear has included on the RG655. The device looks relatively contemporary by outdoor smartphone standards, which makes a change. It is not all roses though, as we will discuss in the review below.

HD+ und DTS:X 3D on board. LG brings a triple camera in the middle class and with the Q60 in particular, puts multimedia applications in the foreground. The 19:9 screen and a good sound should be the main highlights, but the Google Assistant with integrated LG voice commands gets even greater importance. In our test we check how the interaction works.

XXL battery life with some compromises. According to Wiko, the View 3 is the first smartphone with a triple camera in the price range below 200 Euros (~$223). Find out in our review of the Wiko smartphone whether the endurance champion of the View 3 series deserves a recommendation.

Bright lights, small flaws. Asus' new ROG Hero III G731GW packs tons of features, lots of lights, and a powerful RTX GPU into a well-built and well-designed chassis. A few annoyances make the G731GW fall short of perfection, but the overall package is excellent.

Conspicuously subtle. Lenovo's mid-range gaming laptop is able to run all current PC games smoothly on its matte 17.3-inch screen (144 Hz, FHD, IPS), thanks to its Core i5-9300H processor and its GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card. A maintenance hatch allows users to easily swap the RAM and storage. The iGPU, which is disabled by default, can be enabled via the BIOS to improve battery life.

First! Samsung announced the Galaxy S10 5G at MWC 19, but it has taken a while to arrive in Europe. It is bigger, has more cameras and has a larger battery than its S10 siblings, but there are some trade-offs too. More IdeaPad than ThinkPad? The ThinkBook series is Lenovo’s latest attempt at introducing a new brand upon the laptop market. The ThinkBooks are designed to excel in productive applications while offering a more modern design than their ThinkPad counterparts. Read on to find out whether Lenovo has achieved this with the ThinkBook 13s in our detailed review.

A good deal. Spending a lot of money for a smartphone? It doesn't have to be like that, Samsung says, presenting its affordable entry-level Galaxy A20e for 179 Euros (~$199). It is able to score with astonishingly comprehensive equipment, offering an octa-core SoC, a dual camera, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual SIM, and VoLTE, among other things.

Primary plus-AI triple-camera. Honor once again challenges the market by attacking the lower mid-range segment. At less than 300 Euros (~$334), buyers receive a triple-camera as the main shooter, a full 32 MP on the front, lots of storage space and a turbo mode for the GPU. In this review, we try to determine how well the Honor 20 Lite fares in practice.

Navi vs. Turing. The 7-nm Navi 10 chip is more energy-efficient than Polaris and Vega chips. However, the cooling solution of the Radeon RX 5700 XT fails to impress in our review. The GPU performs as expected and is well-suited for 1440p gaming. In this review, we examine how the RX 5700 XT stacks up against Nvidia’s Turing-based GPUs.

One to rule them all. The Google Pixel 3a, Samsung Galaxy A70 and Xiaomi Mi 9T are all recent additions to an already crowded midrange, with them all boasting about their camera capabilities. Having recently reviewed all three, we thought it was about time to pit them against each other in a camera comparison test while comparing their results against some of the best flagships on the market.

Competitive thanks to Navi! That AMD has 7-nm graphics cards on the market is no big secret since the Radeon VII was the pioneer in the matter of 7 nm with AMD. With the Navi graphics cards, AMD is also now bringing the small manufacturing process to the upper mid-range of desktop graphics cards. But it's not only the structural width that's received a makeover because the GPU itself is based on a new architecture called RDNA. Great battles, high demands. Total War: Three Kingdoms pits you as one of twelve legendary warlords to unite a torn China under a new dynasty during an era of three empires. Do not underestimate the system requirements though, as the game’s graphically intensive battles push even the most powerful GPUs to their limits in UHD on the ultra preset.

Is everything SUPER? NVIDIA is pitching its refreshed RTX line-up against AMD and its Navi series. In this review, we will take a closer look at the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Founders Edition to see not only how it stacks up against other NVIDIA RTX cards but also the Radeon RX 5700 XT.

Gigantic Android phablet from China. The Oukitel K9 sets out to be one of the cheapest smartphones with a display size that goes beyond 7 inches. Even slimmer and lighter, but the keyboard takes a step in the wrong direction. The ThinkPad X1 Carbon is Lenovo's flagship business laptop and primarily convinced us with its portable chassis in recent years, without sacrificing ports or performance. A leaner Omen without the fluff. The Pavilion series isn't exactly home to HP's best laptops and yet the Pavilion Gaming 17 is one of the better gaming laptops we've seen from the manufacturer thus far. The system is surprisingly quiet and even sleek considering its price range.

Well balanced. Thanks to its Core i5-9300H CPU and GeForce GTX 1650 GPU the Omen 15 is capable of running all current games smoothly on its matte 15.6-inch FHD IPS display, and as a bonus it comes with an NVMe SSD and a decent battery life. If only the display was not so dim.

The better RTX 2060! Nvidia launched an improved generation of its RTX GPUs shortly before AMD released its Navi-based graphics cards. We have taken a closer look at the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super Founders Edition. The decision to put 8 GB of VRAM into the RTX 2060S was definitely the right one, this much we can say for sure. Mi 9 the third. After the Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE comes the Mi 9T, a device that takes the Mi 9 series in a different direction. The 9T has inherited many features from the Mi 9, but it distinguishes itself with its pop-up selfie camera, a 4,000 mAh battery and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Better display and slow processor. Apple pretty much ignored its MacBook Air for a couple of years and there was much speculation about the end of the series. A tale of two screens. Asus' second stab at a touchscreen-touchpad hybrid is head and shoulders above the first generation ScreenPad on last year's ZenBook Pro 15 UX580 in terms of usability and display quality. A few hurdles remain including the impact on battery life, grainy matte overlay, and poor viewing angles.

Jack of all trades. The MSI PS63 Modern 8SC is aimed at content creators and multimedia users, who are looking for a sleek, lightweight, and compact notebook with a lot of performance and a long-lasting battery. In this review, we are trying to determine whether this 15-inch system is able to deliver on all of these promises.

Camera magic. 650 Euros (~$730) is a lot of money. With the Galaxy A80, Samsung delivers a high-end smartphone with a rotating camera and a front without a notch for this amount. Let's see whether the A80 offers sufficient value for the high price.

Flashy. Asus' latest upper mid-range gaming laptop is big on performance and visual flare, but it misses the mark when it comes to serviceability. The unique LED lights shouldn't come at the expense of features that users would have otherwise had.

Unassuming gamer. The hardware of the Schenker XMG Core 17 brings all the current games smoothly to the matte 17.3-inch screen (144 Hz, FHD, IPS). This notebook can be configured very individually. For example, it offers space for up to three storage units (2x M.2-2280, 1x 2.5 in) and can handle up to 64 GB of working memory. In addition, the BIOS allows undervolting of the CPU and iGPU. While the notebook does not show any huge weaknesses, we could complain about the lack of a Thunderbolt-3 port.

$1200 for a GeForce GTX 1650. While the GTX 1650 is an excellent upgrade over the GTX 1050 or GTX 1050 Ti, we can't say the same about the Core i7-9750H over the Core i7-8750H. Be prepared to spend $1200 for a budget gaming laptop with the performance level of an older GTX 1060.

Affordable and made for simple needs. After two years Amazon has given its Fire 7 a small hardware update. Not only the SoC has been improved; the manufacturer has also jazzed up the front camera. A notch too far. The LG G8S ThinQ has arrived late to the party, but it still brings a flagship SoC, a large OLED display, a ToF camera and a 3,550 mAh battery. The G8S ThinQ may have fancy camera tech, but it is otherwise a fairly run-of-the-mill flagship. However, read on to find out why we still think highly of LG’s latest attempt to disrupt the established order.

Still not grown up. The iPod was an important milestone on Apple's road to success with iTunes, but now all but the iPod Touch have been removed from sale. The anachronism is now in its 7th generation, but it can play more than just music.

Well-rounded package Lenovo currently has two variants of the ThinkPad E590 in its product range; both use Intel CPUs, but one has a dedicated AMD graphics card, while the other comes with integrated Intel UHD graphics. With the E595, Lenovo has now completely opted for AMD for the CPU and GPU. In addition, the manufacturer has improved on some points of criticism. Will the E595 become the best ThinkPad E?

Forsaken by the screen. The Lenovo ThinkPad T590 is a larger version of the popular ThinkPad T490. The bigger chassis offers some advantages and the ThinkPad T590 is the lightest 15.6-inch ThinkPad of the T series so far. Unfortunately, it is worse than its smaller sister model in one key aspect.

Middle-of-the-road. The 2019 model Lenovo Flex 14 offers a decent amount of performance considering its USD $800 price tag. While it fails to stand out in any meaningful way, it is still an overall good bang-for-the-buck convertible.

An understated multimedia laptop. The Lenovo IdeaPad S540 promises to be a compact 14-inch multimedia laptop. The device should have good battery life too, although there are some noticeable differences between the AMD and Intel models. We have both in for review to see which variant should be more worthy of your consideration. Surprisingly good. The Pixel 3a ties in with the virtues of the Google Nexus devices of the past: It is compact, offers good performance and it is affordable. But there is one important difference between the Google Pixel 3a and the old Nexus smartphones. Find out what it is in our review.

What could go wrong? It's got the looks of a $1000 Ultrabook but with the performance of a $100 netbook. There's a good reason why you don't see many Intel Atom laptops with 4K UHD displays in the market; they are an imbalanced pairing.

A cinema in your pocket? Sony presents the Xperia 1 as being the first smartphone with a 4K and HDR OLED display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Cinema ready? Well, there is more to the Xperia 1 than that. Affordable with an exotic SoC. The smaller sibling of the Blade V10 is priced significantly below 180 Euros (~$203), offers a large display, good storage equipment, and the current Android 9.0 Pie, but makes some compromises in terms of the camera.

Runs and runs and runs...smoothly. The free-to-play MOBA, which saw the light of day almost 10 years ago and broke the 100-million-player mark in 2016, still remains very low-maintenance in 2019. Smoothly playable across the graphics card landscape of recent years, League of Legends also delights gamers with older hardware.
