The latest mini PC by MINISFORUM features a Ryzen 7 PRO 2700U processor, Radeon Vega 10 graphics, and shipments should begin at the end of the month. In addition to this quad-core processor, the first two hardware configurations announced feature 16/256 GB (US$499) and 16/512 GB (US$539) of DDR4 memory/SSD storage.

High-end NVIDIA Turing and Ampere GPUs are not friends with older CPUs, according to new findings. Apparently, the likes of the RTX 3070 and RTX 3090 struggle so much when bottlenecked by a CPU that they performance worse than AMD RDNA 1 cards, such as the Radeon RX 5700 XT.

AMD's Radeon RX 6700 XT is official, and will be the cheapest way to experience the RDNA 2 architecture on a PC, at least for the time being. Details about AMD’s Zen 4 5nm EPYC server CPU series, codenamed “Genoa”, have been apparently leaked. It appears core count will go right up to 96, allowing the potential of 192-thread processing.
