Beefed up. Asus has made some significant improvements to the ROG phone, which first appeared on the scene in 2018: Instead of 90 Hz, we now have 120, instead of 8 GB of RAM, there is now 12, and there is, of course, a brand-new SoC on board. We had a chance to play a few games on it, and when it came time to give it back, we did so rather reluctantly. However, if you plan on using it for anything other than gaming such as making phone calls, surfing the web, emailing etc., then its weight of 240 g might prove to be not very easy to overlook.

Low expectation. The LG K20 costs less than 100 Euro and should be sufficient for everyday activities. Whether it is a good choice for savers, or offers less than you can expect even for so little money, you learn in the test.

An old Korean. The LG K30 is an affordable entry-level phone that still has a lot to offer in terms of battery life and camera. Whether the manufacturer can do it at a price of just 129 euros, you'll find out in the test.

Two-times a smartphone. The G8X ThinQ is a foldable smartphone with a difference. LG has opted for two distinct displays connected via a hinge, a simplistic solution to the more elaborate and expensive foldable smartphones we have seen of late. While the G8X ThinQ is an unusual concept, it still impressed us during our tests.

Iterative. The Surface Pro 7 doesn't bring enough to the table to warrant a whole digit upgrade over the Surface Pro 6. Unless if you really value the integrated USB Type-C port or Iris Plus graphics update, last year's model will suffice.

Even more camera. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus is a midrange smartphone that wants to impress with its cameras in particular. Long battery life and a bright screen are other aspects that speak for the device, but there are also weak points.
