Apple decided to release the new iPad Air and the iPhone 12 practically simultaneously, a first for the company. The fourth-generation tablet features the same 5 nm chipset as likes of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, so it was inevitable that people would draw performance comparisons. As AnTuTu has demonstrated, it seems that the iPhone 12, at least, is holding back the A14 Bionic somewhat.

Nokia has secured a contract from NASA to provide it with a 4G/LTE network - for a lunar base. The US' space administration has plans to have such a structure on the moon and operational by 2028, and the Finnish brand is the one to supply the astronauts who will work there with a telecommunications infrastructure based on a common terrestrial mobile data standard.

NVIDIA Jetson Nano: Raspberry Pi alternative gets cheaper US$54 variant with 2 GB of RAM

NVIDIA has released a cheaper version of the Jetson Nano Developer Kit, its developer board with a 128-core GPU. The new model has 2 GB of RAM and retails for just US$54. There are a few compromises from the US$99 Developer Kit, though.

Samsung launches the Galaxy F41 as a revised M31 for the Indian market with a release-day special offer

Samsung has launched the Galaxy F41, which has heretofore been the stuff of rumors concerning a new series of smartphones from this OEM for the Indian market. It has nearly the exact same specs as the Galaxy M31, except for rear cameras that are updated in both configuration and appearance. Flipkart plans to release it in conjunction with a special event it is hosting on October 16, 2020.
