In our review process, the PrimeBook Circular made a decent impression with very good battery life and solid performance overall. However, the fundamentals are a little different than in conventional devices, for Prime Computer has installed an Intel NUC Compute Element. This houses the CPU, RAM and the Wi-Fi adapter. A successful combination, in our opinion.

With a Core i9-12900HX and a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, the MSI laptop offers enough performance for 4K gaming, video editing, and rendering. In fact, it often reaches the best benchmark results we have seen from this GPU so far.

Huawei's new multimedia laptop MateBook 16s is equipped with an Intel processor, but the move away from AMD reveals some problems. The price is also much higher than before, and the new model is definitely not as good as the old MateBook 16 AMD in terms of the price performance ratio.

A Core i9-12900H CPU and GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU will bring all the current games smoothly to the matte 4k display (IPS, 144 Hz). The latter also scores with a good color reproduction and high brightness.

CPU options include the Core i5-1235U and Core i7-1255U models that can be coupled with up to 40 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and up to 4 TB SSD storage via two M.2 slots. Other highlights include a Thunderbolt 4 connector, a 1080p webcam with IR sensor and a microSD card reader.

Acer's 14-inch Chromebook offers a touchscreen display (Full HD, IPS), low operating noise, good battery life, and Thunderbolt 4. The integration of the Google Play Store enables the use of countless Android apps.

As the name suggests, Schenker pitches the WORK series of laptops as all-rounders for the office. Its latest 15- and 17-inch variants now have refreshed mid-2022 (M22) models with 12th-gen Intel Core i5 or i7 processors. Therefore, they still have Thunderbolt 4 and up-to-date security features, yet are rated for "significantly" improved performance over their Tiger Lake-H35-based predecessors.

The first MacBook with Apple's new M2 SoC is the familiar MacBook Pro 13. It uses a cooling solution with a fan, but it still cannot handle the full performance of the Apple M2 for more than a couple of seconds. This worries us a bit when we think about the upcoming MacBook Air M2 redesign, which once again features a passive cooling solution.

The new PRO 15 / 17 models feature a more robust design over the previous generation, and thus can accommodate powerful components like Intel's Alder Lake-H processors and up to an RTX 3080 Ti GPU. XMG's E22 PRO models come with quite a few display options and integrate larger batteries, a Thunderbolt 4 port and FHD webcam.

The 2022 FUSION 15 laptop from XMG features the Intel Core i7-11800H processor with up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM and 2x NVMe SSDs. There are RTX 3070 and RTX 3060 GPU options, a Thunderbolt 4 connector and the battery capacity has been upgraded, as well.

Lenovo uses Alder Lake P28 in its new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10. These new processors with an increased core count seem impressive on paper, but they do not hold up to scrutiny in practice.

The all-Intel system offer will soon expand with the addition of a NUC 12 "Serpent Canyon" gaming mini PC that is powered by mobile-grade components like the i7-12700H processor and the Arc A770M dGPU with 16 GB of VRAM. The system chassis appears larger due to the improved cooling solution, but this also brings a much robust port selection that includes 2x Thunderbolt 4 and 2x DP 2.0 connectors.

More and more manufacturers follow Apple's example and switch to the DCI-P3 reference for their notebook panels. The large multimedia laptop Dell XPS 17 is one of the last devices with such an AdobeRGB panel, and it is also a very good one.

The 1,040-gram Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 scores points with an Alder Lake CPU, Thunderbolt 4, and very good battery life. Positive: The laptop can run completely silently when needed. The OLED touchscreen can be used both with the fingers, as well as with the included S-Pen.

It's been over four years since we last saw the XPS 15 2-in-1. While a proper successor has yet to made official, we can at least look towards the recently launched Inspiron 16 7620 2-in-1 as an alternative option.

Apple now offers its own M1 Max processors both in laptops as well as desktops, so some users might be interested in the differences. After we reviewed the new Mac Studio, we can say there are not that many and the MacBook Pro 16 is probably the better choice for most users.

With the new Zenbook Pro 14 Duo, Asus once again offers a 14-inch multimedia laptop that provides an additional screen for increased productivity. However, the image quality of the additional display isn't very impressive. An Alder Lake Core i7-12700H from Intel provides ample CPU performance.

A powerful performance, a great display with 240 Hz, and relatively slim - what more could a gamer's heart wish for? But to offer all that, Acer makes one large compromise with the Predator Triton 500 SE, sacrificing the ability to upgrade it. That should really be a no-go for a gaming laptop.

A Core i7 12700H CPU and a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti laptop GPU run all current computer games smoothly on a responsive 15.6-inch screen (QHD). The notebook also offers space for up to three storage devices and comes with a Thunderbolt 4 port.

Subnotebook is almost saying too much with a thickness of only 11mm and a weight of less than 900g. At the same time, the Galaxy Book2 is no modest laptop all thanks to its OLED display and powerful Intel i5-1240P. However, the combination of performance and compact size cannot function without limitations.

The high-end convertible ThinkPad X1 Yoga G7 is one of the first business devices featuring Intel's new Alder Lake-P CPUs. The implementation still reveals some issues, but some of the problems are caused by the high power consumption of the CPU.

With the ThinkPad C14 Chromebook, Lenovo expands its line of ChromeOS Laptops with another ThinkPad. Different from last year's ThinkPad C13 Chromebook, the new C14 is a traditional clamshell laptop.

Lenovo's new Yoga 9i 14 offers the most modern features you can get right now. The high-end convertible impressed with an excellent picture quality during our review and the Yoga 9i 14 can even beat the business flagship ThinkPad X1 Yoga G7 in some regards.
