Everyone saw the GPU dump coming, as the Ethereum Proof of Stake plan was set into motion two years ago, but Chinese cryptominers are forced to dump their GPUs earlier, since the local government is cracking down hard on any cryptomining activities. The RTX 3060 cards make for a particularly good deal now at around $270, but anyone interested in bulk deals for all Nvidia as well as AMD GPU models can easily find bargains on sites like Taobao, Bangood, Alibaba or AliExpress.

According to multiple reports, AMD plans to release the RX 6600 XT for US$399, putting the Navi 23 card in the firing line of NVIDIA and the RTX 3060 Ti. A possible launch date for the RX 6600 XT has been mooted, too.

PowerColor has done AMD's work for it. While AMD is yet to reveal the Radeon RX 6600 series, PowerColor's website reflects that both the RX 6600 and RX 6600 XT are on the horizon. AMD teased that it would announce the RX 6600 series by June 2021 at the latest.

Zen 4 is rumored to launch in late 2022, so later this year and in early 2022 we will be getting only refreshed Zen 3+ models. According to a new leak, the first products to integrate the 6 nm Zen 3+ tech will not be the desktop models with V-Cache or the Rembrandt chips for laptops, but the Ryzen embedded V3000 launching in late 2021. These processors will feature support for USB4, DDR5-4800 RAM, and will have a maximum 35-54 W TDP with integrated RDNA2 iGPU.

The deal will supposedly last only until the end of Tuesday as a response to Amazon Prime Day. Though the specifications are superb for the sale price, the low 8 GB of RAM may still be a deal breaker for many.

Lenovo US now offers the new Legion 5 with AMD silicon via its webstore. The 165Hz 15-inch PC is available with the Ryzen 7 5800H processor and either RTX 3060 or 3070 graphics. The OEM touts it as "battle ready" for the thin and light gaming laptop arena.

AYA has just proven all the naysayers wrong by shipping its first batch of NEO units earlier this month to initial backers. A second round of shipments is expected early July with an official online storefront to come at a later date.

The manufacturer is likely clearing room for the eventual ThinkBook 15 G3 model with AMD Ryzen 5000U series options later this year. If you want a prosumer laptop for a budget price, then this deal will check a lot of boxes.
