Huawei has officially launched its new TalkBand B6 fitness tracker and Bluetooth headset combination wearable. Three editions of the Huawei TalkBand B6 have been released, with prices starting at 999 yuan (US$143). The versatile gadget comes with a blood oxygen monitor, Kirin A1 chip, Bluetooth 5.2, and heart-rate monitor.

The Huawei TalkBand B6 wearable has become the chief suspect for a teased product launch by the popular Chinese OEM. Although the promo image doesn’t specify what device is being marketed, the curved display certainly points to the TalkBand B6 fitness tracker and Bluetooth headset. A launch date of July 30 is also mentioned.

Leaked marketing renders of the Galaxy Watch Active 3 seemingly put the upcoming smartwatch on a collision course with a July 22 launch date, two weeks ahead of Samsung's next Galaxy Unpacked event on August 5. Now, a rumour has emerged that the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus will also be arriving on July 22 alongside the Galaxy Watch Active 3.

A couple of leaked images of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 5 global activity tracker have offered up some clues of what a Pro model of the wearable could deliver. According to the poster of the images, the global Mi Smart Band 5 does not feature NFC functionality, Alexa assistant, or the SpO2 pulse oximeter sensor for blood oxygen monitoring.

The FCC has confirmed that the Oppo Watch is almost ready to hit global audiences. The smartwatch, which has already been released in China, has a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2500 processor, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. A Huami Zepp E smartwatch has been discovered in FCC filings. Some details about the sporty wearable and a couple of images were also unearthed. Zepp is a company that makes sports-related smart accessories and was acquired by Huami, which is a Xiaomi subsidiary, in 2018. The Zepp E could be aimed at sporty types such as golfers or tennis players.

A number of newer Amazfit smartwatches are capable of sleep-tracking as part of their health-metric suites. They include the GTR and GTS, which have recently been updated further in order to evaluate sleep patterns during the day as well. This involves adding this data to records through its relevant app.

The Xiaomi Haylou LS01 is a smartwatch with 9 sports modes, 24 hours heart rate monitoring and up to 14 days of battery life. The 1.3-inch smartwatch is also IP68 certified and is down to just CNY 119 (~US$16.81). The Xiaomi Haylou LS01 is available from third-party retailers like AliExpress and Gearbest too.

Xiaomi released the Mi Band 5 with NFC last month, but it has emerged that the global edition will not support the functionality. Called the Mi Smart Band 5, the fitness tracker will support blood oxygen monitoring thanks to the inclusion of a SpO2 sensor.

Tipster @evleaks revealed what appear to be official renders for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. The new renders confirm that the Galaxy Watch 3 is set to feature a larger display, Gorilla Glass DX, and MIL-STD-810G protection. The release timeframe is still unknown, but rumors indicate an official announcement will be made in July.

It has been rumored that Huawei is planning on releasing a Mate Watch at the same time as the expected Huawei Mate 40 smartphone series. According to a leaker, the Huawei Mate Watch will operate with Harmony OS (known as HongMeng OS in China) and could be launched on October 1.
