Microsoft's fastest configuration. We all know that Intel's Core i7 Ice Lake can outperform the cheaper AMD Zen+ Ryzen 5. The real questions are how much of a performance boost can users expect and if the advantages are worth the price premium.

High TDP with Ryzen 5 3550H. While the Lenovo IdeaPad S540 does not take any new steps when it comes to the design, it is equipped with the AMD Ryzen 5 3550H, which is supposed to offer better long-term performance. High-end at a premium price. The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti continues to sit atop of NVIDIA's RTX 20 product stack, despite the company already having given the rest of the series a facelift. We put the RTX 2080 Ti through its paces in this MSI form to see how the card performs and how it compares against other high-end GPUs.

5 GHz at any cost! AMD has put a lot of pressure on Intel in the desktop segment. In order to avoid abandoning the market to the competitor completely, the Intel Core i9-9900K has now been updated as the 9900KS. Intel advertises a stable 5 GHz on all cores in Turbo under load. We evaluate in detail whether this is also true in practical operation, since AMD had some problems with its Ryzen 3000 series to achieve the specified clock speeds in some cases.

A Comet Lake laptop with Whiskey Lake performance. The new HP Envy 17 is big, slim and features a powerful combination of dedicated graphics and a Comet Lake-U processor. While its footprint may make it slightly too large for use on the move, it should fit the bill as a multimedia desktop replacement. It is not all good news though, as our review will reveal.

Think small. How small can a full-fledged PC be? Lenovo is pushing that limit with the ThinkCentre M90n Nano, a full Windows desktop that can slide into your back pocket. Despite its diminutive size, it packs more than enough power for most users and may be a solid choice for a streaming box.

The whale is blasting air. It is large, it is loud, and it is heavy. Surely the Aorus 17 is not meant for those who like delicate laptops that operate silently. Instead, it offers a lot of performance for gaming fans, and is targeted towards all those who are not afraid of massive notebooks. Surprisingly hot-headed. The highest level of performance – that is what the Lenovo ThinkPad P70 stands for. The recent Lenovo ThinkPad P73 contains Intel "Coffee Lake Refresh" CPUs and the Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000. In theory, this should guarantee an extremely high level of performance. In our comprehensive review however, the Lenovo ThinkPad P73 cannot fully deliver on its performance promise.

New isn't always better. Schenker is entering the next round with the Slim 15 and is now relying on Intel's latest Comet architecture and exciting features. A fast WLAN module and a colorful keyboard illumination adorn our configuration. However, the new and faster processor does not fully exploit its potential.

Honed Blade. The Blade 15 Studio Edition is Razer's prime 15.6-inch workstation. The laptop shines with a high performance level, a 4K OLED touchscreen display and a Thunderbolt 3 port. The memory configuration is solid as well: 32 GB of RAM, 16 GB of VRAM and an NVMe-SSD (1 TB).

Is everything SUPER? NVIDIA has now expanded its mid-generation SUPER upgrades to the GTX 16 series, having initially reserved them for its RTX 20 series. The green team is not producing reference versions of its GTX 16 SUPER series, so we have put a KFA2 unit through its paces instead.
