Apple, along with Huawei, has usually been the first to showcase the latest silicon manufacturing process, but it appears TSMC's 3 nm may offer a deviation from that. Due to changes in typical production schedules, it looks likely that Qualcomm and MediaTek will have that honor next year, with Apple having to wait till the release of the A17 Bionic in 2023.

MediaTek launches Kompanio 1300T with built-in 5G and a more powerful GPU than the Dimensity 1200, MediaTek T750 5G CPE chipset also announced

MediaTek has announced the launch of the Kompanio 1300T SoC for high-end tablets. The Kompanio 1300T is a 6 nm part that resembles the Dimensity 1200 SoC in quite a few specifications. Additionally, the company also announced the T750 5G CPE chipset for use in equipment such as routers and access points.
