MediaTek has released a new 5G-ready SoC called the Dimensity 720. It consists of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores and an ARM Mali-G57 GPU. The chip supports two carrier aggregation and sub-6GHz 5G networks. We can expect to see it debut alongside some mid-rangers later this year.

Tipster @KkatCorgi claimed that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ampere graphics card will deliver up to 20 percent higher performance than the outgoing GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
