If you are not a fan of smartphone notches, you most likely will not like the Aquos R3, but the model certainly has some redeeming specs like the 6.2-inch IGZO IPS display with 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10 certification or the dedicated 20 MP video recording camera on the back. It also sports the Snapdragon 855 SoC like a true flagship, but the 3,200 mAh battery might not be a great choice in this case.

OnePlus seems to have kicked an own goal in its latest marketing teaser for the OnePlus 7 Pro. The Chinese company has posted a short video clip on its Twitter feed showing its latest smartphone being dropped into a bucket, implying water resistance and an IP67 or IP68 rating. The problem is, it hasn’t received any such certification, nor does OnePlus plan to seek certification.
