Honor is the first company to officially present a foldable smartphone featuring Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Fans in China will not have long to wait before being able to order the Magic V6, either. Honor's global availability plans leave a lot to be desired, though.

Honor has now released the MagicPad 4 globally. Rivalling the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, Honor's new tablet adopts a 165 Hz OLED display, a massive battery and Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset to challenge other high-end Android tablets too. Honor also provides the MagicPad 4 with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

The new Honor MagicBook Pro 14 2026 arrives with the same slim and lightweight design as its predecessor. However, it now has under its hood Intel's Core Ultra Series 3 processors.

Honor has now fully revealed its new foldable smartphone. Arriving before the Galaxy Z Fold8, Oppo Find N6 or the Apple iPhone Fold, among others, the Honor Magic V6 is thinner, more powerful and has a bigger battery than the Magic V5. Honor has included other upgrades too, albeit with a camera system that has been left treading water.

Xiaomi has now released a new Wear OS smartwatch. Offered globally, the smartwatch features a bright AMOLED display, dual-band location services and up to 6 days of battery life from its 930 mAh battery in smartwatch mode. The Xiaomi Watch 5 is available in two colours, too.

Xiaomi has now released the Xiaomi 17 globally to rival the Samsung Galaxy S26 as the new compact flagship to beat. Equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 6,330 mAh battery, the Xiaomi 17 also features four 50 MP cameras with 50 W wireless and 100 W wired charging support.

Samsung recently began selling the Galaxy S26 Ultra worldwide. In response, Xiaomi has released the Xiaomi 17 Ultra globally. Equipped with a 20% larger battery than Samsung's latest flagship, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra takes the fight to the Galaxy S26 Ultra with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and superior camera hardware on paper, too.

Xiaomi has given its most expensive smartphone a makeover for global audiences. Available with a high-end finish and knurled zoom controls, the new release differs from the Xiaomi 17 Ultra in crucial areas. The Leica Leitzphone is only sold with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, too.

The Redmi Buds 8 Pro are now available to buy with minimal upgrades over the Redmi Buds 6 Pro. However, they also come with a reduction in battery life when compared to the previous generation.

The Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W has been officially launched globally. Already available in some markets, this particularly slim accessory can be used to charge one or two devices. It has a metal body, available in three colors, measuring just 6 mm (~0.24 inches) thick.

Xiaomi has released a new e-scooter series in Europe. The Electric Scooter 6 range has five models, including Lite, Max and Ultra options. The range-topping Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Ultra has a 1,200W peak power motor, larger 12-inch tires and an IPX6 water resistance rating.

The Xiaomi Tag, a new tracking accessory, has officially launched in countries worldwide. This previously rumored gadget is compatible with both the Apple Find My and Google Android Find Hub protocols. Its features include a Lost Mode, making it easier for your belongings to be returned to you if lost.

Xiaomi has finally released the Pad 8 outside China. Initially available at over 10% off, the Xiaomi Pad 8 surpasses its predecessor with a much faster chipset to complement a 144 Hz display, a large battery and 45 W charging.

Xiaomi has a new high-end Android tablet in town for global audiences. Launching with complimentary accessories, the Snapdragon 8 Elite-backed device also features a fast display, a large battery and better cameras than its peers. The Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro can be configured with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

Xiaomi has released two new camera accessories for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra across Europe and in other markets. Bringing a more DSLR experience to the company's latest flagship, the Photography Kit and Photography Kit Pro differ in crucial areas.

Ulefone has announced the RugOne Xsnap 7 Pro smartphone prototype, its first with a detachable action camera. The 6.67-inch phone also features a 9,000 mAh battery and a 64 MP night vision camera.

Nubia has a surprise in store for its global fans. While outlining its MWC 2026 plans, the company has hinted that more is to come soon, too. Nubia is yet to release its Flip3 or Nubia Fold foldables outside Japan.
