Ulefone teases RugOne Xsnap 7 Pro smartphone with detachable action camera

Ulefone is teasing the 6.67" RugOne Xsnap 7 Pro smartphone prior to its unveiling at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, which starts March 2. The prototype runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 5G SoC and comes with a 50 MP main camera, a 64 MP night vision camera, and a 9,000 mAh battery. The company highlights its detachable magnetic action camera as the main selling point, but it is not clear whether the action camera is the 50 MP main camera or a secondary one.
Many details have not yet been revealed, but Ulefone does note that the action camera is approximately the size of a thumb. This suggests it has a small battery with a limited runtime, perhaps shorter than the half-hour runtime of the petite Insta360 Go 3S action camera module, although an ecosystem of magnetic mounting accessories will be available, hopefully including one with an external battery module.
The 6.67" 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display is used as the remote monitor when filming with the action camera, but the company has not revealed whether it will be releasing a rugged mount for the phone.
