Two becomes three. After our extensive test of the Fire HD 8 (2020), we are now taking a look at the Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) to find out whether 3 GB of working memory is actually much better than 2 GB. But the real value is added by the QI compatibility, which again increases the price-performance ratio significantly.

Secured consumption. The Fire HD 8 is also available in a Kids Edition, which offers the Amazon tablet, a protective case, an extended warranty and a one-year FreeTime Unilimited. A surcharge of around 35 euro is due for this. Our review will clarify for whom the offer is worthwhile.

Improvement. Mobvoi improves upon the successor of the TicWatch C2 (without Plus) by adding more memory and by providing an additional sports wristband in the box. Despite the improvements, one essential point has not been changed by the Chinese manufacturer: The smartwatch still lacks a light sensor for the best possible brightness outdoors and a power-saving setting for indoors.

Understated. Since the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is almost as powerful and equipped with nearly the same features as its high-end sibling Mi Note 10, the "Lite" moniker is more confusing than it is informative. Xiaomi has only touched the camera module, which still offers a respectable resolution at 64 MP instead of 108 MP. However, the Mi Note 10 Lite is also significantly cheaper - in this regard, the "Lite" addendum fits.

Not for Netflix and chill. The MatePad Pro offers plenty of features, a modern design, and high-quality materials. But is that enough to stand up to the top dogs in the tablet field, the Apple iPad Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab S6? Our review of the Huawei tablet casts some doubts...

Is a single camera enough? Even if it looks like more: the large camera module of the Huawei Y5p contains only one lens. This is acceptable at a very reasonable price, but you also have to get used to the missing Google services and the wide display edges. Is it still enough for a purchase recommendation?

At a second glance. The two main features of the Realme X3 SuperZoom are the 5x periscope zoom and a 120 Hz screen. On paper, the powerful Realme smartphone with the Snapdragon 855+ and plenty of RAM should be superior to other devices in our review. However, that is not the case, at least as far as the raw performance is concerned. That being said, the Realme flagship offers great data transfer speeds, thanks to UFS 3.0 memory and a 2x2 MIMO modem.

Resharpened. Razer’s workstation features a lot of performance, a 4K OLED touchscreen, a Thunderbolt 3 port, 32 GB of RAM (running in dual-channel mode), 16 GB of VRAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD.
