10 cores need a whole lot of power! Since Intel first revealed its new Comet Lake-S processors and its new chipsets at the end of April, we were able to get our hands only on the high-end Intel Core i9-10900K and the Intel Core i5-10600K. New Core i5 name, same Core i5 performance. The 10th gen Core i5-10300H is so similar to both the 9th gen Core i5-9300H and 8th gen Core i5-8300H that it's only worth upgrading if you own a laptop with the Core i5-7300HQ/i7-7700HQ or older. As a budget gaming laptop, the GF75 10SCXR is essentially identical to last year's cheaper GF75 9SC with no performance surprises despite the next-gen CPU.
