Deal | MSI Prestige 14 EVO laptop with 11th gen Core i7, 16 GB RAM, and 1 TB SSD now on sale for $900 USD to be an excellent alternative to the Dell XPS 13

Best Buy is currently selling MSI's latest business laptop for $300 off the original launch price. When considering that the model is barely two to three months old, the price cut is significant for anyone in the market for a new Ultrabook.

The Prestige 14 EVO is an evolution or the original Prestige 14 with both a new design and updated Intel Tiger Lake CPU. In fact, the Best Buy deal comes with the Core i7-1185G7 which is the fastest U-series Tiger Lake processor for laptops at the moment. Most other Tiger Lake laptops come with the slightly slower Core i7-1165G7 instead.

Based on our time with our own unit, the MSI system is lacking in ports and some users may not like the soldered RAM. Even so, the small form factor, high performance-per-watt and multiple Thunderbolt 4 ports should give the laptop long legs with excellent docking station support.
