Samsung Electronics has posted a news item to announce the fact that mass production has started on its 1 TB embedded Universal Flash Storage (eUFS) solution. The 1 TB eUFS has been measured producing a sequential read speed of 1000 MB/s and a sequential write speed of 260 MB/s. As Samsung carefully points out, this makes it faster than a typical SATA SSD.

Samsung Galaxy S10 line-up could include Edge variant and feature preinstalled screen protectors

According to a report published online, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 series will feature devices with the names "Galaxy S10 Plus," "Galaxy S10 Lite," and somewhat surprisingly, "Galaxy S10 Edge." The same report lists the flagship smartphones as having preinstalled transparent screen protectors. The post does not mention the expected 5G variant of the S10 line-up, though.

Samsung will release a 5G variant of its Galaxy S10, but it won't be coming to Europe

Samsung is planning to release a 5G version of the Galaxy S10 that is currently codenamed "Beyond X", according to details that have emerged online. The device will be the flagship Galaxy S10 model, which the company could announce at its Galaxy UNPACKED event next February.
