Earlier today (October 18, 2020), the tipster @OnLeaks shared images asserted to be of the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S20. Since then, the same leaker has posted renders of this phone's Ultra counterpart. The two phones look much alike, except that the latter's rear camera hump is bigger so as to accommodate yet more sensors.

Samsung has started beta testing One UI 3.0 in Europe. Testing began in South Korea and the US last month and remains limited to the Galaxy S20 series. The S20 FE is not eligible for One UI 3.0 beta yet though, and you must have an unlocked S20, S20 Plus or S20 Ultra to participate.

We haven't even found out when exactly the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 is going to be available, yet rumors about other upcoming foldable models are already circulating on Twitter. Details are quite skimpy, but it looks like Samsung plans to finally add S Pen support on next year's flagship foldable, while the highly anticipated sub-US$1,000 model is supposed to integrate a cheaper screen protective layer. Moreover, there apparently is another model, which is getting a screen that folds both inwards and outwards.

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (Snapdragon variant), Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ have been taking to online forums to report the well-known green tint display issues that many flagship devices have suffered from in the past. The same green tint problem recently affected Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphones too but was fixed with a software update.

Galaxy Note 20 likely to be the last of its kind as Samsung plans on shipping the Galaxy S21 Ultra with an S Pen

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is billed to be the first Galaxy S device to come with an S Pen, according to a report from a South Korean news outlet. Samsung is reportedly planning on merging the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note line of phones in 2021. An equally-priced foldable device will likely replace the Galaxy Note 21.

Resurrection Remix has announced a new stable version of its custom ROM that is based on Android 10. Resurrection Remix 8.5.7 is now available to download for Xiaomi and Redmi devices, such as the Xiaomi Mi A2, Mi 9T, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 8, and Pocophone F1. The custom ROM can also be used with smartphones from other OEMs.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and S9 series confirmed to receive One UI 2.5

The Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 series are over two years old at this point and getting to the end of their major support lifespans. All three phones are set for one last hurrah, however, in the form of the One UI 2.5 update.
