A couple of rare Xiaomi smartphones are currently being offered for sale: a Xiaomi Mi 6 Mercury Silver Edition and a Xiaomi Mi 7 prototype sample. The special variant of the Mi 6 can be purchased for 19,999 yuan (US$2,831) but you will need to have very deep pockets if you want to get your hands on the extremely rare Xiaomi Mi 7 device.
Update: Xiaomishka believes the so-called Mi 7 is a disguised Mi 8.

AV1 is a video codec that allows for the playback of 4K video at up to 60 frames per second (fps) in the presence of smaller file-sizes compared to other similar formats.
