The Nokia G400 may be finally set for launch, thanks to its new FCC certifications to use 5G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the US. The new leaks seem to confirm specs for its triple rear camera set-up, and also its generous battery capacity. On the other hand, fans may not be happy with some of the HMD Global's decisions for the upcoming Android 12 smartphone.

The Dimensity 9000+ and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 are vying to be the most powerful Android SoCs at the moment, with both offering incremental improvements over their non-Plus variants. Early Geekbench results suggest the pair could be evenly matched when it comes to CPU performance, though.

ASUS and Xiaomi are rumoured to have settled on the same date for launching their first Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered smartphones. Allegedly, Xiaomi will engage in another week-long teaser campaign before revealing the Xiaomi 12 Ultra too.

According to reports, Samsung plans to continue with the Bespoke Edition programme for the Galaxy Z Flip4 series. Allegedly, Samsung will also offer several colour combinations, plus four standard colours.

The ASUS ROG Phone 6 has appeared on the MIIT, showcasing the smartphone's design and several specifications. The listing suggests that ASUS has included a 5x optical zoom camera in this year's ROG Phone too.

The Pixel 7 Pro could have a brighter display than the outgoing Pixel 6 Pro. Unfortunately for Google Pixel fans, the Pixel 7 Pro's competitors may still have an advantage in this regard. This year's Pro Pixel smartphone will not be capable of limiting its display to a 1 Hz refresh rate, either.

The freshly-launched Nova Y90 has a camera hump that might be familiar to Huawei fans, although the rest of its chassis might be less so. The new design contains a new-ish Qualcomm 4G/LTE-only processor, which drives a 90Hz display and runs EMUI 12 out of the box. Therefore, this Nova might be intended for international markets on its release.

Samsung has added a new 200MP mobile image sensor to its arsenal. Not only does the ISOCELL HP3 have the world's highest resolution available to smartphone cameras, it also has the world's smallest pixels, as well as new tech including Super QPD and Smart-ISO Pro. The OEM thus rates the HP3 for improved (14-bit, even) colors and quality in photos and when recording at up to 8K.

The Nothing Phone (1) may be billed as a gamechanger, but an early Geekbench listing suggests that Nothing's claims are wide of the mark. Unfortunately for Nothing, the Phone (1) is 'more of the same old same old', the antithesis of the company's aims for the device. Worse still, Nothing has taken a leaf out of OnePlus' book with the way in which it will sell the Phone (1).

Nothing continues to hype the Phone (1) ahead of its mid-July release. However, the company has appeared to confirm that the Nothing Phone (1) will be unavailable to over 590 million people in key markets. The Nothing Phone (1) will be coming to most of Asia and Europe, but all of North America will miss out, including Canada, Mexico and the US.

With the new Poco X4 GT, Xiaomi has now joined the exclusive list of OEMs offering MediaTek Dimensity 8100-powered phone on the global market. The Poco X4 GT is firmly-focused on raw performance and delivers that at a flagship level while costing less than €300 for early adopters.

POCO has revealed the F4, a sideways step from the POCO F3. With a Snapdragon 870 chipset and a 120 Hz AMOLED display, the POCO F4 shares many of its key components with its predecessor. However, POCO has equipped this year's model with a better primary camera, faster charging and Android 12. The POCO F4 will be orderable from June 27 and carries a minimum MSRP of €399.90.

Ahead of its July 5 global debut, new leaks have now revealed details of the Asus ROG Phone 6, including major specifications and expected pricing of the gaming phone in Europe. The ROG Phone 6 will debut with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and could be the first phone to do so.

Montblanc has announced a new addition to its Summit smartwatch lineup. The new Summit 3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100 Plus SoC and is the only other smartwatch apart from the Galaxy Watch4 Series to run Wear OS 3. The Montblanc Summit 3 will be available from July 15 for €1,250.

Contrary to previous reports, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will not be equipped with Samsung's new 200 MP ISOCELL HP3 sensor. That, however, does not mean the next-gen flagship could not arrive with an entirely different 200 MP CMOS sensor.

Xiaomi has reportedly registered a new smartphone and a new tablet with the Chinese Ministry for Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), almost instantly sparking speculation that these new tips pertain to Redmi's highest-end phone of the year thus far and the Pad 5's successor respectively. They are also both now backed to launch in the second half of 2022.

Storage options for the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 have leaked. Not only will Samsung offer the Galaxy Z Fold4 with 1 TB of storage, it will also sell at least a 512 GB option. The latter storage option could be making its way to this year's Galaxy Z Flip too.

The Edge 30 Lite is on its way, with Evan Blass revealing a marketing image of the device. Rumoured to be launching soon, the Edge 30 Lite is expected to rely on the Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, which will power a 120 Hz POLED display and a 64 MP camera with OIS, among other components.

According to reports, Samsung is developing a 5G version of the Galaxy M13. Not only will the new model feature 5G connectivity, it will also feature a more powerful chipset than the Galaxy M13 4G. The inclusion of a newer SoC will be met with a downgraded display, though.

Samsung continues to issue One UI Watch 4.5 beta builds, which it bases on Wear OS 3.5. Distributed as R8xxXXU1ZVF5, the beta build addresses power consumption and GPS issues, among other changes. One UI Watch 4.5 may make its stable debut in the Galaxy Watch5 series.

Samsung has revealed how much the Galaxy F13 will cost in India and when the smartphone will be available. Launching with an Exynos 850 chipset, the Galaxy F13 has a large 1080p display, a 6,000 mAh battery and up to 128 GB of storage.

Apparently, Nokia is developing a new mid-range smartphone with a curved design and a 120 Hz OLED display. With three rear-facing cameras, including a 64 MP sensor, the Nokia X21 PureView is also expected to launch with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, among other features.

ZTE has already released its Axon 40 Ultra flagship Android smartphone - one of very few to have an under-display selfie camera (UDC) instead of a notch or a punch-hole in 2022 - in Europe. Now, the premium full-screen device is available in other regions such as North America. The OEM has announced that it is marking this event with a free gift per purchase for a limited time.

It's been nearly a year since the Xiaomi Pad 5 series debuted in China. The Xiaomi Pad 6 is in development, of course, and new information has now surfaced about an enigmatic tablet that will likely be powered by a MediaTek chipset.

Xiaomi's newest line of affordable smart TVs are now official. The Xiaomi TV A2 features a 4K HDR10 screen, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and runs Android 10 out of the box. It will hit shelves on June 28 starting at €449.

Launch details of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra have now been revealed in a new leak from Chinese sources, with the flagship phone said to be the first to bear Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 flagship chipset. Sadly, though, it appears the Coke-style Leica logo will be a miss.

Featuring magnetomotive shoulder triggers, the Poco F4 GT was launched a while ago as Xiaomi's first gaming-focused smartphone for the global market. It appears to do a horrid job at actual gaming, though, if a new test is anything to go by.

According to a well-known leaker, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra could look a lot like the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12S series. Seemingly, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will feature some elaborate and expensive finishes, but without Leica's signature red logo.

@UniverseIce claims to have shown how the display crease in the Galaxy Z Fold4 will look when it arrives later this year. With a shallower effect than the Galaxy Z Fold3, Samsung appears to have made another slow step towards eliminating the crease in foldable displays altogether.

OnePlus has already unleashed several Nord-series products on the Indian market. Now, the 2T smartphone is rumored to become the latest addition to this 2022 line-up. It could bring a 6.5-inch AMOLED display, up-to-date 80W charging and Android 12 out of the box with it.

DOOGEE has unveiled the S61 and S61 Pro, a pair of rugged smartphones powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset. Launching next month, the S61 and S61 Pro will ship with Android 12, plus a 'Night Vision' camera supported by IR LEDs.

Motorola is now said to have a new Moto Tab G-series device in the works. Going by its alleged model number, the G62 may not have all of its G70 predecessor's better attributes. On the other hand, it is slated to have 4G/LTE-capable SKUs, which might be reasonable enough in terms of price.

Vivo is now rumored to launch a Lite variant for its X80 premium mid-range Android smartphone series. Its specs remain unknown at present, although it might prove as good a reason as any for the OEM to take the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC up. At the other end of the X80 spectrum, its top-end Pro Plus model is now projected to gain global availability in late 2022.

The Asus ROG Phone 6 is scheduled to launch on July 5. After confirming the presence of a 165 Hz AMOLED screen on the phone, Asus has now teased significantly improved cooling and thermals for the ROG Phone 5's successor.

The G400 is a phone expected to break out of the bargain-bucket rut into which Nokia has sunk as of late with a much higher display refresh rate than usual, not to mention Android 12 out of the box. It was announced alongside the G100 back in January 2022, yet has taken until now to pop up in a potential new pre-launch leak.

The Mi Band 6 was incredibly popular last year and it appears its direct successor, the Xiaomi Band 7, toes a similar line. Currently only available in China, Xiaomi has now confirmed that it has sold over a million units of the smartband, less than a month after it made its debut.

Nothing is not scheduled to launch its inaugural Android smartphone until July 2022. Despite this, however, the emerging OEM has now showcased the phone (1)'s rear panel in its latest official images. The company has referred to it as "transparent", although how much this is the case might be up to the individual viewer.

OnePlus is now linked to the possibly imminent launch of a premium smartphone called the 10T in 2022; now, according to the latest rumors, there is still scope for a vanilla 10 to emerge alongside it. This device is expected to look much like the existing 10 Pro, albeit without some of the flagship's most defining features.

Sony and Samsung look set to bring a number of new, powerful smartphone camera sensors to the market. For Sony, one of those will be the company's first foray into the 100 MP range and will be designed for the mid-range segment. Samsung, however, looks to outdo the massive ISOCELL GN2 on the Mi 11 Ultra.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 have become eSIM-capable devices in the US for the first time, thanks to their new build of One UI 4.1. The new update, available for either unlocked or T-Mobile units of the 2 foldables, also confers a new security patch level and S22-series camera features.
