OnePlus 11R: Chinese-market version with 100W power brick registers in new leak
OnePlus is thought to promote the rumored 11R as a new alternative to its 2023 flagship smartphone with a 'by and for our fans' gimmick. It is also said to launch as the Ace 2 in China which, despite this rumored product name, may drop the charging options of its predecessor.
The eminent leaker Digital Chat Station's latest comment on this situation could be interpreted to mean that Realme, a sister brand to OnePlus that shared the cutting-edge 150W SuperVOOC feature between its GT Neo 3 and the suspiciously similar Ace (or 10R), is keeping the technology to itself this year.
Therefore, this may explain why the second-gen Ace is slated to be an 11 clone rather than a GT Neo 5 re-brand, and has had to find itself an alternative charging solution. Presuming it and the new PHK110 reportedly certified with 3C by OPPO are one and the same, it has done so in the form of a new power brick.
This VCBAJACH accessory is rated to charge at up to 11V/9.1A (or 100.1W), thus possibly confirming the Ace 2's new power spec. This, then, may be the best indication yet that an "11R" with certain flagship qualities is indeed on the way soon.
