E as in Entry-level. Have 14-inch devices come back into fashion? The manufacturer offers a bundle including a dedicated graphics card, Full HD, an SSD, and a Broadwell Core i5 for an aggressive price. Is it a companion for university work and games alike?

Let the games begin! Equipped with an Nvidia GeForce 940M, the ThinkPad T450s can cope with 3D applications and games - and that for a relatively low extra charge. Thanks to a 96 Wh battery capacity, record-breaking runtimes should be possible.

Carbon-based evolution. While Lenovo’s ThinkPad X1 Carbon series laptop has always been an impressive piece of hardware, some design decisions have polarized the audience. Changing of the guards. Lenovo's new Thinkpad L450 now sports ULV processors instead of standard mobile CPUs. Unfortunately, the Thinkpad doesn't benefit that much from the more frugal processor-series.

Yoga goes standard. Will the Yoga concept be successful in a standard 15-inch work device? Can the Yoga reflect the classic virtues and bring new flexibility in equal measure? Disappointment is not far.

Cutting the wrong corners? Compromises in the casing, screen and configuration make the ThinkPad T450 a comparatively affordable alternative to the high-end T450s model. However, the buyer should carefully consider whether the money saved really makes up for the drawbacks.

Business convertible. The ThinkPad Yoga fuses two of Lenovo's lines to offer professional users the 360-degree display of a Yoga convertible in a hybrid device. Is it now finely tuned or poorly twisted?

Quiet and cool. Lenovo's ThinkPad Yoga 11e is designed for schools, which means the device is pretty sturdy. Such a notebook should have long battery runtimes – but the Yoga 11e is only average in this category.

Luxury Yoga. Lenovo brings the flexible Yoga design to the desks of business people with its ThinkPad Yoga 14. In this report, we will discover whether the Ultrabook, based on a Broadwell processor and dedicated graphics card, is well equipped for office use.

Surprise! Lenovo expands its W-series with an ultra slim mobile workstation, which can set some new records right away. It benefits from components like the first professional chip from Nvidia's Maxwell generation, a generous battery capacity and many typical business features. Our review shows you what else we like about this workstation.

Two are better than one. Lenovo's business newcomer features two batteries rather than one. That enables a battery life that makes the contenders green with envy in view of its powerful hardware. An LTE modem ensures the required flexibility, data is protected extensively, and the input devices are again close to perfect. All the more aggravating that it was not enough for an IPS screen.

Two steps forward, one step back. Lenovo replaces a standard CPU with a ULV processor in yet another ThinkPad. Thus, the Edge E550 sacrifices some performance in favor of power consumption and emissions. The inexpensive office laptop nevertheless makes an overall solid impression.

Backward roll! Lenovo's 15-inch workstation was just slightly changed and is now called W541. Besides some small technical developments you also get changed input devices. Lenovo, however, missed the chance to improve other weaknesses. We had a closer look at the result.

The return of the old master. What can be improved in an almost perfect notebook? Lenovo might have thought that it is better not to change too much and launched an only slightly revised edition of the T440s with the ThinkPad T450s. At least, the manufacturer (partly) answered the complaints about the predecessor's unusual five-button ClickPad.

Working on details. Lenovo's ThinkPad T450s steps in big shoes. The expectations are high that the successor of the overall successful T440s is even a bit better. In fact, the T450s proves to be a carefully matured perfectionist - and it now challenges the competition from HP, Dell & co.

No (big) experiments. Lenovo only introduces small changes for the latest sibling of the X200-series – but just those changes improve a good subnotebook and result in an even better one. The manufacturer even listened to the criticism about the unpopular 5-button ClickPad of the predecessor.

No more fans. Core-M makes it possible: The new ThinkPad Helix 2 is available without a fan for the first time, but is still supposed to provide sufficient performance for all important applications. Can the versatile convertible meet the high expectations of business customers?

Successful fresh cell therapy? Lenovo leads off the annual update of its business lineup with the ThinkPad X250. New Broadwell processors are to make the compact, 12.5-inch laptop faster and more efficient than ever before. But is that enough to coax owners of the former model to change? Business tablet reprise… The latest multimode tablet out of Lenovo is the ThinkPad 8’s slightly bigger brother. Can its larger form factor and other design adjustments resolve the limitations of its predecessor?

More power for business. The small ThinkPad is equipped with high quality components: Core i7 processor, full HD IPS display, fast SSD, 3G modem and GeForce graphics core. A good battery life adds to the list. The ideal device for mobile use?

More pixels. After the WXGA version of the ThinkPad X240 showed its qualities in our review, we now have a look at the high-end version with a Full HD display. But are the additional pixels really worth the premium price?

Notebook for students. The ThinkPad Edge E145 delivers long battery runtimes and excellent input devices. This makes it ideal for those users who have to do desk work outside of offices and homes. We will scrutinize the computer in our review.

Old-school ThinkPad? Performance, security and office qualities are very important aspects of the new Lenovo ThinkPad T540p. Our review shows what the top version with a quad-core CPU, 250 GB SSD and integrated UMTS module for around 1,800 Euros (~$2482) is capable of.

Workhorse. Lenovo updated its devices with the latest hardware but did not change the concept of the cheap Edge series. The company offers many different models and our review will reveal whether the surcharge for the top model is justified.

Luxury for the executive level. Ultrabooks are normally designed for home users – but that's not always the case. Lenovo's ThinkPad X1 Carbon, for example, targets affluent business customers who are willing to spend almost 2000 Euro (~$2800) for the top-of-the-line version. Improved. Lenovo redesigns its entry-level ThinkPad and equips the business notebook with a new case as well as a processor from Intel's current Haswell generation. Despite the price well below 1,000 Euros (~$1383), the device is supposed to keep up the ThinkPad impression and also meet the related requirements. Our review shows if it was a success.

No news. The ThinkPad Edge E545 wants to be a device for private and business use. Apart from a big storage capacity, the notebook features a matte display, an AMD quad-core processor, and a good keyboard. These are all signs of an attractive device for work. Our review will reveal whether the device really is a well-made notebook.

ThinkPad Differently. The avalanche of new Windows 8.1 tablets continues, offering plenty of choices for those so inclined. Lenovo’s professional ThinkPad 8 bumps the resolution to near-Retina-grade levels and boasts a powerful configuration for a tablet. But can it find a spot in the corporate workplace?

Transformation. Lenovo completely redesigns its mobile workstations from the ThinkPad W-series and introduces some fundamental changes in this category. Does the device really meet the high expectations of the loyal customers?

Experiment.. The 2013 edition of the X1 Carbon came pretty close to a rating of "very good". Still, Lenovo has not stopped improving its premium ultrabook series, adding a WQHD IPS panel to the 13-inch device while also improving its battery life and implementing new input devices / ports. Is this enough to eradicate the few remaining issues?

Improved by Haswell. A notebook that you carry around all the time should be as light as possible, but also sturdy and enduring at the same time. Lenovo tries to meet these requirements with the ultrabooks of the ThinkPad S-series. We review the ThinkPad S540, the current 15.6-inch model from the series.
