Sony has rounded off the week by confirming the release date for its long-awaited WH-1000XM6 headphones. Arriving two days after the launch of the Xperia 1 VII, Sony's next over-ear wireless headphones have already been revealed via dozens of leaked official images.

Amazfit has started to roll out firmware version 3.7.5.1 to users of the T-Rex 3 smartwatch. This latest firmware brings two new tools for the map app, as well as new notification related features. Plus, Amazfit states that it has enhanced the heart rate algorithm for one particular activity.

The Casio AE-1000W-5AV and AE-1000W-8AV have been listed on the brand’s website, indicating an imminent launch. In a recent forum post, the company announced the testers would be receiving Voice Command Files v1.12, secondary to the recent beta version 15.26 release. This release is said to bring improvements to the on-watch voice assistant, though few details have been provided.

Garmin has released beta version 21.15 for the Fenix 7, Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2, Epix 2 Pro, Enduro 2, Quatix 7 and MARQ Gen 2 smartwatches.
