A report has stated that Microsoft may be considering buying GitHub for US$5 billion. The hosting service was founded in 2008 and was valued at US$2 billion back in 2015, when the company confirmed it had raised US$250 million in funding. If Microsoft does acquire GitHub, it would be one of the Redmond-based firm’s largest acquisitions.

The illustrated foldable tablet has two seemingly regular-sized screens, and there is a third screen located on the hinge that separates the two main display regions. Leak claims Apple's upcoming A12 smartphone SoC is ~30% faster than A11

Leaker Ice Universe claims that TSMC is manufacturing A12 prototypes using the new 7 nm process, and the performance gains over the current A11 are considerable, sitting at ~30%. However, the power consumption is not on par with what 7 nm chips should yield, and this could be caused by the lacking lithography. The A12 SoCs should be launched next year wit the tri-cam smartphones.
