The Pixel 7a is on the horizon, with Google rumoured to have scheduled its release for next month. Launching with a Google Tensor G2 chipset and a 90 Hz display, a new leak has revealed what could well be the device's three launch colours.

According to new leaks, Google is developing an alternative to Apple's Find My network. Possibly starting with Android 14, people will be able to track lost Pixel devices even when they are powered off. The functionality should even extend to when these devices have run out of battery too.

The FCC has published documentation for what appears to be the Pixel Tablet, Google's first Android-based tablet since the Nexus 9. The FCC's documentation reveals various information about the Pixel Tablet, including that it relies on the older Wi-Fi 6 connectivity standard, not Wi-Fi 6E like recent Pixel smartphones.

New details about the Pixel 7a have emerged online. Reportedly launching five colourways, the Pixel 7a is also now expected to be available later this year with 128 GB or 256 GB of storage as Google narrows the gap between its Pixel a and flagship Pixel smartphone series.

High-resolution renders of the Pixel 8 have leaked online. Based on the images, the Pixel 8 will be noticeably shorter and thinner than the Pixel 7. The Pixel 8 will also have a rounder design than its predecessor but with the same twin rear-facing camera arrangement as previous smaller Pixel smartphones.
