Verizon, Samsung and Qualcomm have collaborated on a project directed toward raising the limit for upload speeds over 5G. This was done using a combination of mmWave and other bands to produce a result estimated at over 700 megabits per second (Mb/s). This might reduce the time taken to upload 4K videos over the networks in question to just a few seconds.
