Well rested. After what seemed like eternal rest Apple has finally awoken and delivered. The new sleep tracking feature is available for older models as well while the new oxygen saturation feature depends on a new sensor only available in Apple's Series 6 Watch. Both of those are features that are already available on other models. Apple is thus playing catch up in regard to health features.
