Xiaomi Watch S2 and Buds 4 set to launch alongside flagship 13 series

Xiaomi has announced a launch date for its new 13 series of Android flagship smartphones. Now, the OEM has also revealed that it will debut its latest TWS earbuds and smartwatch alongside the premium mobile devices. The Buds 4 and Watch S2 have been teased with a premium gloss and updated designs thus far.

Xiaomi has now officially revealed that the 13 and 13 Pro will be unleashed as the world's first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered, Leica-branded Android smartphones soon. Now, the OEM has also confirmed that it will also unveil some new peripherals to go with the new premium devices on their release.

Of these, 1 is an ostensible next generation for the Watch S1, with an updated take on this wearable's round-faced design. Xiaomi has yet to divulge any further specs for the upcoming S2, although it is now hyped to come in 2 sizes and have a range of "stylish" band options.

They will be presented alongside new, non-Pro variants of the Buds 4 series. These TWS earbuds will follow the AirPod clone look, albeit with an updated, two-tone finish and black, white or green colorways.

The OEM has confirmed that these "semi-in-ear" accessories will be capable of noise cancellation, although to what degree remains to be seen.

Xiaomi should reveal prices for these new potential 13-series companions on December 1, 2022 on their joint Chinese-market debut.
