General Manager of Poco India, C Manmohan, has shared some information on the company's short-term plans for the Indian market. The Poco F2 Pro doesn't appear to be on the cards for an Indian launch, but the launch of the Poco M2 Pro is imminent. Also, the company's upcoming Poco Pop Buds TWS earbuds seem to be nothing new.

Samsung announced the Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition a few days ago, and it went on pre-order yesterday, with the purple Buds+ BTS Edition as a bonus. To absolutely no one's surprise, the phone has proven to be a masterstroke by Samsung, as it sold out within an hour.

Xiaomi has reported that all MIUI 12 beta updates will be suspended during the Dragon Boat Festival. The Chinese public holiday is on June 25 this year, and Xiaomi’s MIUI 12-related work will be halted from June 26 until July 2. The Chinese OEM normally releases beta updates for its smartphones on a weekly basis.

Xiaomi has posted some bad news for Redmi Note 8 owners who were excited about receiving an Android 10 update for their smartphone. It seems the Chinese OEM has had to suspend the update process because of “some major bugs”. The Redmi Note 8 and Note 8T were released in August 2019.

Huawei has now launched a "new" phone, the Enjoy 20 Pro. The Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90 Hz, display, a triple rear camera setup, and a 4000 mAh battery. The star of the show, however, is the MediaTek Dimensity 800.

Xiaomi has grossed over 10 billion yuan (US$1.4 billion) in sales during the 618 shopping festival in China, which ran from June 1 to June 18. Honor is hosting a VIP Day Launch Event on June 23 where it will unveil the Honor 9A and Router 3 among other products. Both are budget devices, with the Honor 9A resembling the recently-announced Huawei Y6p. The Pokémon Company has revealed three Pokémon games for the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. The new games, which include a New Pokémon Snap for the Nintendo Switch, coincide with the release of the first expansion pack for Pokémon Sword and Shield.

The Find X2 phones are OPPO's premium, Snapdragon 865-powered flagships for 2020. The OEM has launched it in India. However, it appears the country only gets the vanilla variant, which has 12GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and is priced at INR 64,990 (~US$853).

It seems an Asus ROG Phone 3 smartphone has been ripping up the record books over at AnTuTu. The Asus ROG Phone 3 will have a 6.59-inch display and a 5,800 mAh battery, according to a TENAA listing. The ROG Phone 3 will be a dual-SIM dual-standby 5G-capable device featuring 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 ax and 30 W fast charging and is expected to launch with Android 10 some time by end of this month or early July.
