Fancy, fancy. The second cooperation between mobile phone manufacturer and automaker is called OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition and features exclusive features with a special housing, more RAM and a noble protective cover. We will test whether the McLaren Edition is also worthwhile for non-autofans.

A game-changer? AMD made its comeback into the CPU business with its Ryzen series not only on desktops but also on laptops. The company made a similar foray into the GPU market with its Navi desktop cards earlier this year, a move that it is trying to replicate on laptops with its Navi 14 GPUs. NVIDIA has dominated the upper midrange of laptop GPUs for a while, but AMD is looking to change that, offering consumers more choice in the process. Read on to find out what we think of one the first upcoming all-AMD laptops.

First 17.3-inch laptop with a 4K 120 Hz display. The AU Optronics B173ZAN03.3 panel makes its debut on the Razer laptop to offer both faster refresh rates and faster black-white response times than any 17.3-inch laptop before it. The end result is a better 4K gaming experience than what other 17.3-inch laptops currently have to offer.

The basics. Kingston is still invested in traditional 2.5-inch SATA III SSDs for users who have yet to upgrade to M.2 or NVMe. The new KC600 promises XTS-AES 256-bit encryption and 3D TLC NAND modules not unlike most M.2 drives.

Much better than the entry-level version. Quite recently we reviewed a very well-priced version of the Dell G5 15 5590 that had a Core i5-9300H and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650. But now we are taking a look at a more expensive model that features the Core i7-9750H and the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q and costs 2000 Euros (~$2229). Read our review to find out if spending an extra 1000 Euros (~$1115) makes any sense.

$1500 for this? The metal Surface Laptop 3 is the sleekest Surface laptop yet and its implementation of AMD Ryzen is one of the better examples in the Ultrabook space. Unfortunately, almost everything else feels outdated.

With the handbrake on. Lenovo's L-series is well-known for being a budget range of the company's ThinkPad offering, while also being excellent value for money. The focus for this review is the L590, a new 15.6-inch business laptop that has stellar input devices just like its predecessor.

AMD and Nvidia make a good team. The HP Pavilion Gaming 15 runs all current games smoothly and displays them on its matte 15.6-inch screen (FHD, IPS). The laptop is well-equipped: 16 GB of RAM (dual-channel mode), NVMe SSD, HDD. Surprisingly, the battery life is excellent.

Blue dot. HTC tries its hand at a smartphone with a large rechargeable battery and even spends a triple camera on the back. For almost 300 Euros this sounds like a fair offer. We take a closer look in the test.

Cheap enough? Compared to its predecessor, the Gigaset GS190 offers a much more modern design. However, the manufacturer has also tightened the price screw - can this still justify the level of equipment?

Motley - The Neffos X20 is an inexpensive entry-level smartphone, which is equipped with a large display, a dual camera and a powerful battery. In the test, the phone proves to be a solid representative of its trade and reveals both positive and negative surprises.

Medium performance for a high price. The Zephyrus M GU502GU starts at the same price as the Razer Blade 15 with the same CPU, GPU, and 144 Hz display. It becomes difficult to recommend the Asus when the Razer alternative is both smaller and more rigid while offering essentially the same level of gaming performance.

Versatile. With the IdeaPad C340-15IWL, Lenovo delivers a well-equipped 15.6-inch convertible, which also offers very good battery life. The IPS touchscreen display can be operated with your fingers as well as with the Lenovo Active Pen 2, which can be purchased separately.

A true European. The Gigaset GS195 comes from German production and in a particularly ecological packaging to the buyer. For less than 200 Euros, it should not only impress with a stylish glass design, but also with a large rechargeable battery. In the test we look at whether this is successful.

Attention bargain hunters: With the G5 15 5590-PCNJJ, Dell has a gaming laptop with a Core i5-9300H CPU and a GeForce GTX 1650 GPU on offer at a very attractive price point. In this review, we are going to take a closer look at the strengths and weaknesses of the 15-inch device.

Now with keys. The iPad 7 2019 is a soft upgrade on the iPad that Apple released last year. The new iPad sports a new screen format, iPadOS and support for accessories such as the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard, but there are few major changes this year. Read on in this live review to find out whether the series of small changes can combine to make a big difference.

The tablet S-class. For Samsung's new tablet flagship, the best is just good enough: As with the first Samsung tablet, the 10.5-inch Android device is equipped with a dual camera and is run by the Snapdragon 855 high-end SoC and at least 6 GB of RAM. The Samsung S Pen is also always included.

Shock-resistant and waterproof. Buyers of a Blackview smartphone are on the safe side if they need to use the device in stormy conditions. The robust design is not only visually pleasing, it is also IP68, IP69k and MIL-STD certified. But do not trust everything the manufacturer says! Find out in which areas you should not rely on the manufacturer's claims in our review.

A big, budget handset. The LG K50 seems well priced at around 200 Euros (~$223) for what the South Korean company has included. The device has a large display, dual rear-facing cameras and a dedicated Google Assistant button, although some may find the latter somewhat of a gimmick. Read on to find out how the handset performs in our tests and how it fares against comparably priced devices.

Well-rounded gamer. Lenovo's gaming notebook displays all current games smoothly on its matte 17.3-inch screen (144 Hz, G-Sync, FHD, IPS) and also offers great connectivity: a combination of SSD + HDD, 16 GB of RAM (dual-channel mode) & a Thunderbolt 3 port. The iGPU is disabled ex-works but can be activated by the end user. This has a positive impact on battery life.

Slowed-down ThinkPad. Lenovo's mobile workstation scores points with great input devices, good battery life and a Thunderbolt 3 port. But the laptop isn't able to reach its full performance potential.

Ice to meet you. Razer has jumped in on the 10 nm Ice Lake bandwagon to exploit the new power-efficient Intel Iris Plus GPU. While the resulting performance is where we expect it to be, the $1500 starting price makes this a tough buy when the less expensive Blade Stealth GeForce MX150 version is the better gaming machine.

Same looks, faster performance. The GF65 replaces last year's GF63 by introducing new Nvidia Turing GPU options, new display options, a larger cooling solution, and faster wireless. The narrow bezel chassis design remains unchanged.

Well copied. Smartwatches are becoming more popular, with OEMs now bringing cheaper models to market too. Apple remains a big player in the sector with its Watch, so it should come as no surprise to see other manufacturers basing their attempts on its design. The Huami Amazfit GTS bears an uncanny resemblance to the Apple Watch while costing a lot less. Its price alone should be reason enough to check out what this cheap smartwatch has to offer.

Swift reference design. Intel and Schenker have created a thin gaming laptop with good battery life, lots of performance and an enthusiast-level port selection. Will it wipe the floor with competing Razer, Acer, Gigabyte, and Asus offerings? Update: Better contrast in new display measurement

Outmanoeuvred. The Huawei Watch GT 2 is currently one of the most expensive smartwatches on the market. The device has a high-quality build and design that comes in two sizes. The GT 2 has interchangeable wristbands too and combines intelligent fitness functions with telephone features in a long-running package. However, it is also plagued by shortcomings and a mighty bug too.

Racing Eldorado. Following F1 2019 and Dirt Rally 2.0, GRID is the third Codemasters racing game that we take for a benchmark check this year. Find out here whether the demands on the system turn out rather low, medium, or high.

A feast for the eyes. While in terms of its content, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is gathering reviews that are rather critical, the technology of this tactical shooter turns out to be quite impressive. Using several notebooks and desktop PCs, we tested which graphics card is needed for what settings.

Good looks, but barebones. The WP65 is a decent alternative to the entry-level Dell Precision 3000 series or the HP ZBook 15v series. However, core workstation users will find a lot of missing features on the WP65 when compared to most other mobile workstations.

AMD or Intel? AMD has been intensifying its competition with Intel recently, as increasingly more Ryzen-powered laptops have been appearing on the market lately. Lenovo has introduced AMD and Intel-powered versions of its 13.3-inch ThinkPad X39 series, the AMD version of which will be the focus of our review. The ThinkPad X390 impressed in our recent review, so how does the AMD-powered X395 do? Read on to find out whether it outdid the X390, along with the advantages and disadvantages of both models.

Ice Lake Yoga. Lenovo wants to bring its premium Yoga convertible to the next level, with the help of the latest Ice Lake CPUs from Intel. Compared with the predecessor, Lenovo has not changed much and instead has opted to work on a few weak-points. In our review, this strategy certainly pays off!

One camera to rule them all. The quad-camera system of Motorola's One Zoom is supposed to include the right lens for all of life's circumstances. Find out how the Motorola smartphone did and how it differs from previous Motorola One smartphones in our review.

High performance at a reasonable price. Kingston wants to drive the price down for NVMe SSDs without having to sacrifice performance along the way. The A2000 series looks to have achieved this especially when compared to budget NVMe SSDs like the Toshiba BG3 series.

Smart Band evolution. The Honor Band 5 hardly differs from its predecessor, at least visually. Nevertheless, Honor wants to have achieved some improvements with the fifth edition of its fitness tracker. Read on to find out what these are and what our major criticism of the Honor Band 5 is.

Mid-range Gaming with High-end Options. Dell advertises its G7 15 as a mid-range gaming machine and a step below the enthusiast Alienware series. In reality, the latest G7 carries many of the same configurable options as the latest Alienware including octa-core Core i9 and GeForce RTX 2080 options.

Endurance runner. It is cheap and almost inconspicuous, but the Lite version of the Amazfit Verge from Huami has it all: The manufacturer promises a battery life of up to 20 days. In addition, the smart watch has its own GPS receiver, measures the pulse around the clock and is incredibly affordable. What the watch can do for just 89 euros, our test clarifies.

Max reloaded - Apple returns with three new iPhones, just as it did last year. The biggest and heaviest among them is the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which aims to convince those who like big screens and even photographers with its high-quality triple rear-facing cameras. We put Apple's latest most expensive iPhone under the microscope in this live review.

RGB light show. In the third generation of the ROG Strix Scar, Asus again bets on a lot of RGB illumination. However, what is under the hood is much more important. We have already tested a similar model based on an Intel Core i9, and now we are looking at the slightly more affordable ROG Strix Scar with the Core i7. Find out in this review whether this is the more sensible alternative.

Nothing for moaners - The Galaxy Fold is the first commercially available foldable smartphone, a device that Samsung has revised after its failed launch earlier this year. Read on to find out whether the changes have been worthwhile and what the Galaxy Fold offers in this detailed review.

The Pro becomes normal. The OnePlus 7T is a powerful update from its predecessor and comes with many features previously reserved for the "Pro" model. This sounds like a good thing for all buyers, but you'll find out in this review if the budget high-end phone is really worth it.

Disappointing Whiskey Lake upgrade. The sixth generation of HP's ZBook 15u workstation offers a wide range of configuration options. For example, there is a 4K display, an Intel Core i7 CPU and a dedicated GPU available for around $2000. Find out if it is worth changing to this new model or whether users should rather stick to the predecessor in this review.

All the basics. The G3 series is home to Dell's most affordable lineup of entry-level gaming laptops. This latest iteration gets the job done well for the price even if it doesn't do very much to buck the trend commonly associated with budget gaming machines.

All you need in the office. Those who are looking for an affordable laptop for the office will invariably encounter Lenovo's L series. We are testing the 15.6-inch L580 that is able to convince particularly with its good input devices.

Elite convertible with a matte SureView screen. Convertibles offer more flexibility than regular clamshell notebooks. Business convertibles like the HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 offer even more flexibility than consumer devices. With plenty of features & high-quality components, the HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 is a successful convertible, as there are barely any weak points to this HP laptop.

Large chassis, high performance. The ASUS ROG G703GXR is a classic desktop replacement gaming laptop that focuses on performance and features. Read on to find out how this 17.3-inch wins out against its more compact competitors.

EliteBook with professional graphics. With the ZBook 14u G6, Hewlett Packard delivers a mobile workstation that offers good input devices and a great display. In addition, there's also a docking port, good battery life and a Thunderbolt 3 port. However, the laptop isn't able to fully develop its computing power.

The Intel Athena Poster Child. With mobile AMD Ryzen finally catching up to Intel's long-running ULV Core U series, all eyes have been on Ice Lake and Comet Lake-U to see how Intel would respond. Pressure has been on Dell to knock it out of the park with its second generation XPS 13 2-in-1 especially since it is the first to ship with the Ice Lake Core i7-1065G7. The flagship convertible mostly succeeds with a few caveats.

Decent home convertible. Lenovo's IdeaPad Flex 14API features a Ryzen 5 APU, dual-channel RAM, and an NVMe SSD. In addition to finger input, its IPS touchscreen display also supports the optional Lenovo Active Pen 2.

Still top? Apple has provided its beloved MacBook Pro 13 with 4 Thunderbolt 3 ports, an updated processor, as well as a revised Butterfly keyboard. But is that enough to keep playing in the subnotebook upper league in 2019?

Almost an ultrabook. The 15-inch all-rounder brings a GTX 1650 Max-Q in an elegant, slim aluminum case and is able to draw some attention with many positive values in the test. These include the bright, high-contrast display and the fast SSD, for example. However, it also shows a significant weakness.

Loud and proud. The MSI GL75 checks all the right boxes for a 2019 mid-range gaming laptop. Features like a high-refresh rate display and a per-key RGB backlit keyboard are nice additions, but fan noise and coil whine spoil an otherwise adequate package.

A business beginner. The Dell Latitude 3400 scores well for its long battery life, good keyboard and extensive ports. However, its dim and low-contrast display will not set the world alight, despite it being a matte IPS panel. Read on to find out how this 14-inch business laptop gets on in our tests.

Functional giant! The Fritzbox 7590 is AVM's current top model and offers WLAN router functionality as well as a DSL modem, DECT telephony, WLAN mesh and limited smart home features. We look at the top model in the test.

4 hours of battery life... at most. The GL65 is a huge upgrade over the GL63 in terms of visuals, weight, performance, and size. On the other hand, other key aspects like battery life, ports, brightness, and display quality have barely changed at all. This $1500 mid-range gaming machine can sometimes feel like a budget gaming laptop at times.

Colourful - New colours, dual rear-facing cameras, Wi-Fi 6 and a bigger battery; those are the improvements that the iPhone 11 has over the iPhone XR in a nutshell. Read in our detailed live review to see whether the cheapest of this year's iPhones can live up to expectations.

A compact luxury - The smaller of the two iPhone Pros is also probably the most compact flagship smartphone on the market. Apple equips the 5.8-inch device with triple rear-facing cameras, a larger battery and W-iFi 6 among other changes from last year's model. The iPhone 11 Pro does not include a 5G modem, nor is there a 5G SKU either. Read on in our live review to find out whether this latest iPhone will be crowned the best smartphone of 2019.

The second coming. The Lenovo Legion Y740 returns to our offices, but this time with a small performance upgrade over the version that we originally tested. The 15-inch gaming laptop fared well last time during our tests, so we are intrigued to see the effect that the upgrade from an 8th to a 9th generation Intel Core processor has. Read on to find out what effect this has, or whether it is a superficial upgrade.

Ultrabook-gaming hybrid. The Zenbook 15 is one of the very few laptops equipped with an Intel U-series CPU and a GTX 1650 Max-Q GPU for an impressive level of gaming performance relative to the compact chassis size. It strikes an excellent balance between the portability and long runtimes of a traditional Ultrabook while offering enough GPU power to play the latest games at 1080p. ScreenPad 2.0 looks crisper and feels smoother than before, but its associated price premium remains a tough sell.

The changing business display. With the Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1, the Texan manufacturer has a competitor for Microsoft's Surface Pro 6 on the market. Especially corporate customers should be impressed with features such as built-in LTE. The design-related instability of the keyboard represents the biggest disadvantage of this Dell laptop.

New Features, Old Technology. While EA has added a new game mode called Volta to FIFA 20, the latest game in the FIFA franchise remains based on the same engine that underpinned its predecessor. EA has made one change though, which forces FIFA 20 to run in DirectX 12. Read on to find out what implications this has for system requirements and how FIFA 20 performs on several desktop PCs, laptops and GPUs.

The low price is the biggest plus. Lenovo has polished the chassis of the V155 a bit and put cheap, but also game-ready hardware into the 15-inch case. The result is the IdeaPad L340 Gaming, which has a price of less than 800 Euros (~$872). Of course, there is no high-end gaming here. In our review, we will show exactly where compromises need to be made.

Image quality vs. battery life. The standard 1080p display in the ThinkPad T590 wasn't able to convince us in our review. Fortunately, Lenovo offers an optional 4K matte display that provides excellent image quality. However, you have to accept a loss in battery life in exchange.

Too expensive. The PhilBook Max is a 14.1 inch convertible for just over 400 euros. The equipment is fine, but the manufacturer XIDU unfortunately relies on a dark display and a slow Celeron processor.

A good multimedia notebook. Dell is one of the few manufacturers that also offers its 15-inch premium notebook without a dedicated graphics card. Is the version with the integrated GPU perhaps even the better choice if you don't want to use your laptop for gaming?

A tough cookie. The latest 14-inch Toughbook addresses many of the shortcomings of last year's model while retaining compatibility with all last generation accessories.

All-rounder with endurance. Acer's well-equipped 15.6-inch multimedia all-rounder handles all current computer games and represents them smoothly on the matte, Full HD, IPS display. A surprise is the excellent battery life.

Gold performance for cheap. If you're in the market for an inexpensive 2.5-inch SATA III SSD, then the new SK Hynix Gold S31 should do the trick. The 250 GB version starts at just under $50.

More affordable is better? The ThinkPad T495s with the Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U is a serious alternative to the Intel-based T490s. The price in particular makes the device very interesting, since there are not many compromises compared to the Intel model.

Improved multi-core performance too. The improved Zen+ cores of Raven Ridge APUs promise lower power consumption while also delivering slightly higher clock speeds than their predecessors. At first glance, the HP ProBook 455R G6 should also benefit from these innovations, which is reason enough for us to check how the business laptop compares against its predecessor. Read on to find out how this Ryzen 5 3500U 15.6-inch laptop performs in our tests.

Faster than any other Blade 15 GTX laptop. The GTX 1660 Ti is only marginally slower than the RTX 2060 in raw GPU horsepower while retailing for hundreds less and it manages to outperform the fastest Blade 15 Pascal configuration. Some hidden drawbacks like the slightly less accurate display and slower CPU performance detract only little from the overall experience.

Business High End. Dell's 14-inch business laptop boasts a long battery life, an excellent keyboard and a fast NVMe SSD. The matte IPS display, however, could have a greater maximum brightness. In addition, the fan emits a high-pitched whistling noise.

Optical drive optional. Lenovo advertises the V155 as a productivity platform for businesses. But a first glance at the notebook shows that buyers are looking at a device in one of the lower price ranges. Apart from this impression, our test reveals the real performance of the V155.

Eye candy. HP's Spectre x360 13 is a premium compact convertible that is powerful enough for day to day tasks and challenges, and it is equipped with a highly reflective 1080p display that could have been brighter.

For number games The ZenBook Flip 14 attracts attention, not least because of its numeric keypad, which ASUS integrates within its trackpad. The pretty-looking convertible has a 360° hinge and packs an AMD processor, with a stylish design that puts it on par with its competitors. Laptops with AMD processors are on the rise, but currently remain rare. Read on to find out how the ZenBook Flip 14 fares in our tests.

The AMD ThinkPad is slowed down in terms of equipment. The ThinkPad E495 offers more power than the Intel equivalent with its AMD Ryzen SoC, but the low-priced laptop is unnecessarily slowed down by the manufacturer in terms of equipment.

Two 4K screens on one laptop. Asus' latest ScreenPad Plus makes the Apple Touch Bar look like child's play. The unlocked Core i9 CPU, GeForce RTX graphics, 1 TB Samsung SSD, and soldered 32 GB of RAM are hefty specifications that come with an equally hefty chassis and price.

Surprisingly good. The Alcatel 3 (2019) immediately impressed us with its smooth performance. Read on to find out what hardware allows the 180-Euro (~US$199) device to perform so surprisingly well.

As bright as can be. HP is one of the few OEMs that sells business laptops with bright optional displays. The EliteBook x360 1030 G3 is one such device, which has an optional 700 cd/m² display. Read on to find out whether the display can live up to its billing and how it affects battery life. We shall be looking at the Sure View privacy filter that HP incorporates too.

Always in action? Motorola expands its One series with an industry first: A smartphone with an action camera. The Android One smartphone leaves a good impression as a whole package. However, it is not the perfect companion for everyone.

Discrete gamer. Thanks to the Core i5-9300H processor and the GeForce GTX-1650 graphics core, the IdeaPad is able to bring all the current computer games smoothly to the matte 17.3-inch display (FHD, IPS). They are accompanied by a NVMe SSD, 16 GB of working memory, and a good battery life. Unfortunately, the working memory is only able to run in single-channel mode.

The better display for mobile use. After the ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2019 with the matte WQHD display, we now take a look at the matte low-power 1080p panel with an advertised brightness of 400 nits.

The HP ScreenPad. Like Asus, HP is convinced that two screens is better than one. While the second screen on the Omen X 2S 15 is definitely crisper than what the Asus VivoBook S15 has to offer, be prepared for a lot of glare and potential brightness issues.

More pixels and less battery life. Like the ThinkPad X1 Extreme before it, the 14-inch ThinkPad T490 also gets a higher resolution WQHD panel with 100% AdobeRGB color-space coverage. The excellent image quality is countered by a reflective display surface and increased power consumption.

RGB not required! After the release of Nvidia's Super graphics cards, manufacturers have now released their own versions of the new GeForce cards. Here, we take a closer look at the model from KFA2. In this review we try to determine whether the KFA 2 GeForce RTX 2060 Super 1-Click OC is worth it or if the Nvidia reference design is the better choice.

Artistic synthesis. Developed by Remedy Entertainment, Control is a story-driven action-adventure that sends the main character through a constantly changing building. Read on to find out how this visual extravaganza plays on various desktop and laptop GPUs.

AMD is the better choice. Lenovo's ThinkPad T495 is finally a full-fledged AMD business notebook with almost no compromises compared to its T490 sibling with Intel CPU. It might even be the better choice for many office users thanks to its lower price.

It runs, and runs and runs. Asus has equipped the VivoBook 14 with a 72-Wh battery that ensures an excellent battery life. The rest of the equipment is also right: a Core-i5 processor, 16 GB of working memory (dual-channel mode), an SSD, and a matte IPS display. A Windows operating system is not included.

The S-Pen and stunning display once again distinguish the Galaxy Note from its Galaxy S sibling. This year’s Galaxy Note is the first to feature a newer SoC than the Galaxy S that preceded it, so it will be intriguing to see what improvements the Exynos 9825 brings over the Exynos 9820. In many ways, the Note 10+ is a re-bodied Galaxy S10+ with a few tweaks and omissions. Read on to find out how the Note 10+ performs in this live review.

Long-lasting. Acer's 14-inch model boasts a sleek, slim body, a Kaby Lake processor and good battery life. The rest of the equipment does not disappoint either: NVMe-SSD, matte IPS screen, key illumination. The RAM is a bit meager with 4 GB. The operating system is Windows 10 Home in S mode. The total package costs almost 400 Euros (~$444).

Small business professional with exceptional battery life. Intel's Whiskey Lake CPUs found their way into Dell's Latitude series. The redesigned Latitude 7300 features one as well, and it surprised us with its decent upgradeability (RAM) and long battery life. Unfortunately, not all that glitters is gold, and the laptop's CPU performance was the fly in the ointment.

Ice(Lake)borne. Dell's latest XPS convertible is unlike most Ultrabooks or convertibles we've tested this year simply because it checks off a long laundry list of uncommon features: Ice Lake-U, MagLev keyboard, vapor chamber, 13.4-inch touchscreen, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The result is a travel-friendly convertible with one of the brightest and most well-calibrated displays we've seen for its category. Unfortunately, you'll have to give up some upgrades along the way that may impact longevity.

Slimmed-down or improved? The Xiaomi Mi A3 again aims to offer a lot of mid-range features for little money. However, actually we are not only seeing improvements compared to the predecessor. Find out in our test whether the 2019 model is still worth it.

Is the Galaxy Note 10 merely a smaller version of the Note 10+, or is there more at hand? Well, the smaller battery, display, RAM, and storage all suggest so, but the Note 10 is more than just a scaled-down Note 10+. The inclusion of an S Pen should still help the Note 10 appeal to business users, as will it being cheaper than the Note 10+ too.
