It hardly gets any cheaper. The GeoFlex 140 is a convertible that is offered for less than 200 Euros (~$218) at some shopping events. Two performance cores for 15-Watt CPUs. Intel’s Alder Lake-U chips in the 15W segment are primarily designed for thin and light laptops. However, there can be massive performance differences depending on the implementation and it does not always make sense for the manufacturers to use U-series CPUs, either.

Raphael without the X factor. The AMD 65 W Ryzen 7000 non-X lineup seeks to make Zen 4 available at more affordable price points. Today, we test the AMD Ryzen 7 7700 and see how it performs vis-à-vis its higher TDP cousins and also against the Intel Raptor Lake competition. Under the hood, we get an Intel Alder Lake-H Core i7-12700H and Nvidia RTX 3070 Laptop GPU that together take on some of the more expensive competition on the market. The inclusion of a QHD 165 Hz makes this a great all-rounder, but there are a few caveats to be aware of.
