The Steam Deck is Valve's newest device to entice gamers who desire PC gaming in a handheld form factor. However, lucky gamers who reserved the device will have to wait longer as the company grapples with logistic challenges due to the pandemic.

AMD's recent Accelerated Data Center Premiere Keynote has served to confirm the existence of next-gen products such as the server-grade processors known as EPYC Milan-X. One-netbook has confirmed that it will be bringing an AMD Ryzen version of the ONEXPLAYER to market. Additionally, the company is planning on releasing an ONEXPLAYER mini too with a 7-inch display.

A couple of CPU-Z benchmarks have surfaced showing the Intel Core i9-12900K achieving astonishing single-thread results. Tipster @Greymon55 claimed that AMD's upcoming Ryzen refreshes with 3D V-Cache will enter mass production by November. This is in line with AMD's announcement that 3D V-Cache Ryzen CPUs will hit the market by Q1 2022, likely as a stopgap against Alder Like while Zen 4 is finalized for a Q3 2022 release.

Tipster @ExecuFix revealed what appear to be details for the upcoming AMD Instinct MI250W GPU. The MCM-based card will reportedly feature 110 CUs running at 1.7 GHz, 128GB of HBM2 memory, and a 500W TDP.

The Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5975WX has turned up on Geekbench with 32 cores and 64 threads. The Chagall processor has commendable multi-core performance, but rumour has it that AMD has cancelled the non-Pro Threadripper 5000 series.

An Intel Alder Lake Core i9-12900K retail sample was tested with an all-P-core overclock to 5.2 GHz in CPU-Z and the results compared to a stock AMD Ryzen 9 5950X. The results show good leads in single-thread and a marginal lead in multi-thread performance, but this comes at a 330 W power consumption cost.

Nvidia has dominated the laptop high-end segment for a long time. With the Radeon RX 6700M and the Radeon RX 6800M, AMD has finally introduced worthy competitors to the market. We were able to examine the MSI Delta 15 as one of the first laptops to feature the RX 6700M.

AMD may introduce some of the upcoming Ryzen 7000 Zen 4 Raphael desktop offerings with RDNA 2 graphics under Raphael-H mobile with up to 16 cores and even higher performance than Zen 4 Phoenix-H. The Ryzen 7 APU and GeForce RTX 3050 Ti laptop GPU allow playing all the current games smoothly on the matte FHD display of the G15. The laptop offers space for two NVMe SSDs and also has an excellent battery life. Only the display won't win any prizes.

The Arc graphics cards are slated to be released in the beginning of 2022. Intel has stated that its new series of GPUs will not be restrictive in terms of cryptomining performance. Intel aims to entice gamers and contest AMD and NVIDIA in the competitive market.

The Cypress lineup is Simply NUC's first with 4x4-inch motherboards supporting the Ryzen Embedded V2000 processors with Vega 7 iGPU. Early benchmarks of the upcoming Intel 12th gen Alder Lake Core i9-12900K in combination with AMD's just announced Radeon RX 6600 GPU were posted on Chinese social media. The results show good gains for the Core i9-12900K compared to the Ryzen 9 5900X, Ryzen 9 5950X, and the Core i9-11900K in 3DMark CPU tests. However, real-world gaming benchmarks do not seem to show very high differences, especially when paired with DDR4 RAM.

AMD has unveiled the Radeon RX 6600, its answer to NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3060. The RDNA 2-based card arrives with a US$329 MSRP and supposedly delivers 'the ultimate 1080p gaming experience'.

AMD and Microsoft have finally acknowledged poor L3 cache performance in Windows 11, and a fix for the same is on the way in the form of a Windows update later this month. AMD also notes that CPPC2 may not schedule threads properly on preferred cores in Windows 11 and is investigating a fix.

Leaked benchmarks of the upcoming Intel Alder Lake Core i5-12400 suggest that Intel may match up very well to the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X. The Core i5-12400 offers six Golden Cove cores that seem to be perceivably better than the Ryzen 5 5600X and significantly faster than its predecessor, the Core i5-11400.

Tipster @momomo_us spotted a listing on HP’s website for 24 and 27-inch AIO systems which seem to offer the AMD “Ryzen 7000” series as a CPU option.

AMD has released GPUFORT with the purpose of tackling rival NVIDIA and its CUDA platform. CUDA currently has a firm grip on the parallel computing industry. However, AMD hopes that its continued strategy of providing open-source alternatives will sway developers to its own platform.
