They are rated for a selection of the main I/O support upgrades of their PRO counterparts, not to mention their improved TDP. AMD backs them to beat comparator Intel platforms in use-cases ranging from software development to industrial design on high-end PCs.

Cinebench 2024 Multi-Core and Single-Core scores for the Ryzen 9 8950X have leaked courtesy of RedGamingTech. The results allege the purported Zen 5 flagship to be up to 10% faster than the Ryzen 9 7950X while also beating the Core i9-13900K and even the Core i9-14900K in the multi-threaded test.

It seems that AYANEO is preparing to release two versions of the FLIP, a 7-inch gaming handheld that it recently revised. Now, the standard version has been re-branded as the FLIP KB to enable the release of the FLIP DS, a version with a small secondary display.

The AMD Strix Point APUs are expected to launch sometime in 2024. Just like the Ryzen 7040HS Phoenix APUs, these Ryzen 8000 APUs could also integrate dedicated AI hardware in addition to Zen 5/5c cores and RDNA 3+ iGPU. According to the latest information from All_The_Watts, the Strix Point APUs could be based on TSMC’s N4P process with a die size of 225 mm² and pack a total of 12 cores.

AMD skipped the Ryzen 6000G models last year, but there is a strong chance that the G-series will make a comeback later this year as the newest AGESA microcode update introduces AM5 motherboards support for Phoenix APUs.

A fresh leak from WCCFtech posits that the RX Radeon 7900M would be based on a cut-down Navi 31 chip with 72 CUs and 4608 stream processors plus 16 GB VRAM. On paper, this model should be twice as fast as the existing RX 7600M.
