The Galaxy S21 series is right about six months away from launch and leaks are already starting to surface. The most recent one concerns the S21 Ultra's main camera, indicating that Samsung will eschew other critically acclaimed sensors in favor of an updated version of its existing 108 MP offering.

Several Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra users based in Europe have confirmed that they are receiving the One UI 2.5 update. It brings forth a host of Galaxy Note 20 features like wireless DeX and support for Android 10's navigation gestures.

If paying US$1,000 for the plastic Galaxy Note 20 does not do it for you, then Samsung has a colour surprise for those who are willing to wait a few months before upgrading to their next smartphone. The device in question will arrive in October and will be available in at least six colours.

Samsung has now released the official list of phones that will enjoy its new policy of providing three major OS updates. The usual suspects are there, along with the Galaxy A51, Galaxy A71, and Galaxy A90 as hypothesized. The A50 and A70 miss out, sadly.

We now have an idea about the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition 5G's looks, thanks to some renders of the device that showed up online. The renders confirm that the phone will come with three rear camera sensors and a hole-punch selfie camera. Samsung is expected to unveil the ~US$750 phone later this year.

Word on the grapevine claims that Samsung could be set to bring back the 3.5mm headphone jack on the Galaxy S21 series, after ditching it for the Note 10, S20, and Note 20 lineups. Apparently, the company may do that to gauge how much it influences sales.

Samsung recently announced that it would improve its long-term software support to three years for its flagship phones starting with the Galaxy S10 series. New information indicates such support may trickle down to the Galaxy A-series, however, with the Galaxy A71, A51, and A90 being the most likely to enjoy that perk.

Qualcomm has published the results of a study conducted by Ookla on 5G speeds in the US and UK for the first and second quarters of 2020 (1-2Q2020). It apparently concludes that the fastest phones in this regard had chipsets and modems made by this prominent chipmaker. Samsung's 5 nm Exynos 1000 SoC may be limited to just the Galaxy S21 Ultra next year with the base Galaxy S21 set to feature the Exynos 992, according to a new leak. The company may avoid the Snapdragon 875 chips in order to save costs. The leak also suggests that Samsung may look into changing the "Exynos" branding as well.

More rumored details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FE) smartphone have started appearing online. Along with a supposed price and launch date, information about the affordable flagship’s specs has also been shared, with the Galaxy S20 FE expected to have a somewhat conservative triple-camera system.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is undoubtedly an excellent phone but owners of the flagship appear to be going through some travails, two years after the phone was released. TSMC has outlined its fabrication plans for its 5nm fabrication process and what that means for investors in its latest conference call. It is buoyant about what its 5nm node will mean for next generation mobile chips and says chips using the tech, including Apple’s A14, will contribute around 8 percent to its revenue for the next quarter.

Tipster @UniverseIce stated that current firmware for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra supports QHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, but not both at the same time. Since this is a feature other devices like the OnePlus 8 Pro already support, we expect that a post-launch update might add this option in.

Another render of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has leaked ahead of its expected release within the next few weeks. The new image details the premium tablet's Book Cover and S Pen accessories. The latter will likely come bundled with the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus, but past performance suggests that the Book Cover will be sold separately for upwards of US$180.

XDA’s Max Weinbach has more bad news for Samsung fans groaning at the possibility the new Galaxy Note 20 could be lumped with the Exynos 990. Now Weinbach says that Samsung’s Galaxy Fold 2 will be a no show at the upcoming August 5 Galaxy Unpacked Event as had been expected.

In a shock, a possibility has emerged that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra models could continue to be powered by Samsung’s underwhelming Exynos 990 in markets outside the USA and China. XDA’s Max Weinbach and Samsung insider @Universeice have indicated that this could be possible with Winebach confirming he has seen no references in the Samsung’s source code to any Exynos 992 variant making its way into either device.

The designs of Samsung's next flagship tablets have been revealed. Featuring thin bezels and AKG-branding, the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ will be Samsung's answer to Apple's iPad Pro range. The Tab S7 series may launch as soon as July 22.

Tipster @UniverseIce showed off a snazzy pair of Samsung Galaxy Note 21 and Galaxy Note 21 Ultra renders. The unofficial designs showcase a zero-bezel display, with what appear to be an under-display front camera and an under-display fingerprint scanner.

A Twitter tipster has claimed that the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 series will not be capable of a 120 hertz (Hz) refresh rate when their displays are set to a QHD+ resolution, according to someone currently in possession of these devices. Therefore, they may be restricted to the higher rate at FHD+ only, as with the current S20 flagships. This contradicts an earlier rumor on the subject.

According to a report by a South Korean media outlet, some upcoming Samsung phones might come without a charger in the box. Samsung says that most smartphone users already have a charger and don't need a new one every time they buy a phone. The move will also help Samsung save a few extra bucks and pass the savings on to the customer.

Evan Blass has revealed the full product stack for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, which includes a black titanium edition and two watch case sizes. Blass also claims that the series will cost anywhere from US$400 to US$600, which would make the Galaxy Watch 3 considerably more expensive than the Watch Active2.

Evan Blass has published a 360° GIF of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G in Mystic Bronze. The device, which Samsung is rumoured to be launching on August 5 at a Galaxy UNPACKED event, will sport the same design as the current Galaxy Z Flip.

Geekbench has seemingly confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and 8 GB of RAM. The Galaxy Tab S7 is thought to be launching next month with a 7,760 mAh battery and alongside the Galaxy Note20 series.
