EVGA's truckload of RTX 30 series GPUs has surfaced in Vietnam, over two months after they were swiped in the US. An official retailer had been selling them, reputedly without knowledge that they were stolen.

An XDA Developers user successfully overclocked their Snapdragon 865's Adreno 650 GPU and got it to outperform the Snapdragon 888's Adreno 660. The test involved a Xiaomi Mi 10T and an Asus ROG Phone 5 and included several real-world and synthetic benchmarks.

AMD revealed the RX 6500 XT as a US$199 graphics card at CES 2022. ASUS has priced its custom cards way higher in the Eurozone, where the card will start at €299, equivalent to US$275 discounting VAT. Another RX 6500 XT card will sell for €334 though, putting the graphics card at over US$300.

Acer has announced upgraded versions of the Swift X lineup at CES 2022. This year, we have the Acer Swift X 14 and the Swift X 16 powered by Intel 12th gen Alder Lake processors. While the Swift X 14 offers up to an RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU, the Swift X 16 becomes the first laptop to use the upcoming Intel Arc GPUs. These laptops also get upgraded displays. In the midst of a GPU supply crisis that's seen consumer GPU prices soar by 300 percent or more, crypto influencer @jaxson_davidson shared a video in which he shows off a mining farm with hundreds upon hundreds of GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition GPUs, all apparently sourced off-market, directly by him from NVIDIA, raising questions about the underlying reasons for today's GPU price inflation.

Nvidia has officially announced the GeForce RTX 2050, MX550 and MX570 mobile graphics cards. The RTX 2050 will feature 4GB of VRAM and a 45W TDP. Nvidia has not divulged the MX550 and MX570's specifications and stated that all three cards will be available for purchase in early 2022.

Gigabyte has filed a listing with the EEC, confirming many different variants of its upcoming RTX 3080 12 GB and RTX 3070 Ti 16 GB GPUs. There are ten SKUs of the new RTX 3080 and six of the still unannounced RTX 3070 Ti.
