NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti slated for November 17th launch: NVIDIA gunning for the midrange market?

According to a Videocardz report, NVIDIA is planning to launch a cheaper GeForce RTX 3060 Ti on November 17th, featuring 4864 CUDA cores and a 180W TDP. The card will likely be competitive with the popular GeForce RTX 2070 Super, while launching at a relatively affordable price-point.
