HiValue. The Chuwi HiPad retails for around $200 USD with compelling specifications such as its 1200p touchscreen, deca-core Helio X27 SoC, 3 GB RAM, and Android 8.0 software. Actual performance, however, is still reflective of the super-budget category.

Larger E. The Motorola Moto E5 offers a large screen and large battery at a small price. However, for about 130 Euros (~$149; usually $100 in the US, currently on sale for $70) you can also get some good deals from other manufacturers. We find out in our test whether the Moto E5 is able to stand out.

Dream Chromebook? The Lenovo Chromebook C330 is one of the most balanced Chromebooks to cross our review desk. While there are some weak points (notably the keyboard and port selection), these are minor flaws in an otherwise excellent package.

Bigger. Smarter. Sharper. The new smartphone from Huawei, the P Smart 2019, can be described with these three words. The performance has been increased significantly and the smartphone runs the latest version of Android (9.0 Pie). However, in the course of our review, we observed several drawbacks that we also saw in our review of the predecessor.

The Magic Phone. Unfortunately, Honor does not officially sell or distribute the Honor 2 in Europe. Officially, Honor claims that the intelligence built into the Magic 2 was designed to make life easier for the Chinese, and it would not work at all in countries outside of China. However, there is something cooking, and Huawei's subsidiary is working on bringing the Magic 2 to other countries as well. We have decided to take a quick look at Honor's high-end smartphone.

3-in-1 convertible. The new Yoga Book has an E-Ink display instead of a keyboard and can be considered a combination of a laptop, a tablet and an e-reader. On top of that, you can also digitalize text and drawings with this all-rounder. The device is based on its predecessor from 2016 but offers many changes and improvements. For instance, it provides better performance. On the other hand, it has also dropped at least one feature. Is the 2018 Yoga Book worth twice the price of the old version? Connect four? The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018)'s unique selling point is certainly its back camera with a grand total of four lenses. Nevertheless, the mid-range smartphone surprised us in other disciplines in our tests, keeping pace with other Samsung S series phones.

Old wine in old skins. Hewlett Packard's 10.1-inch convertible comes with an IPS touchscreen, decent battery life, and soundless operation to boot. Its performance is fairly limited - HP opted for an outdated Atom x5 processor.

6-inch bargain. If you are looking for a budget smartphone with a large display, dual SIM and LTE functionality, then you should look no further than the Galaxy J4 Plus (2018). The device is well-designed, offers solid performance, and it is identical, except for a few details, to the more expensive Galaxy J6 Plus.

A flagship challenger? The Chuwi Hi9 Plus is a well-equipped all-rounder that would serve as a good notebook replacement for some people. The Hi9 Plus is competitively priced at around US$230 on its own and approximately US$340 with its accessories.
