More than 5 million foldable or rollable phones are now projected to ship in 2021

The latest analysis of the flexible display market indicates that the sales of smartphones with foldable or rollable displays in 2021 are capable of far exceeding those of 2020. Their shipments are projected to grow to a total of 5.1 million, or 128% year-on-year (YoY), thanks to an influx of new models from new OEMs this year. Then again, most of these predictions may not pan out for at least 3 months.

OnePlus 9 series pre-orders to begin on March 23 with free gifts; colour variants revealed including an exclusive black option for the OnePlus 9 Pro

OnePlus plans to release the OnePlus 9 Pro in an exclusive colour, according to new reports. Supposedly called Stellar Black, the colour appears to have a textured matte finish. Meanwhile, pre-orders for the OnePlus 9 series and the OnePlus Watch should commence on March 23.

Nubia has unveiled its newest Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 gaming smartphones in China. Both phones come with several interesting features, such as a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, 400Hz adaptive shoulder triggers, a 500ms touch sampling rate, and more. Nubia will launch both devices globally on March 15.

The Redmi Note 10 series has finally been launched in India, and fans of the series in other markets now have something concrete to anticipate. According to a new leak, however, Xiaomi may make some changes with the Redmi Note 10 lineup in Europe.
