The video shows the Pixel 7 Pro from all sides, reinforcing the continuation of the Pixel 6 Pro's design. The Pixel 7 Pro is thought to feature larger camera sensors than its predecessor, though.

After recent reports touted launch plans for the Redmi Note 12 series in China, a new leak has now provided insight into what hardware will be on the phones, as well as potential pricing. While the lineup may only be "more of the same", powerful chipsets are on the cards.

Oppo will start selling the Air Glass on March 3, its AR glasses that run on the Snapdragon Wear 4100. The Air Glass will retail for CNY 4,999 (~US$792), although it remains unknown if Oppo will launch the device globally.

The POCO X4 Pro 5G is here, and it has a worse Qualcomm SoC than its predecessor. The POCO X4 Pro 5G will debut for €269 with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

At MWC 2022, Qualcomm has introduced the Snapdragon X70 5G modem-RF system featuring a dedicated AI processor to enhance key network parameters and power efficiency. The Snapdragon X70 supports all commercial 5G bands from 600 MHz to 41 GHz and allows FDD-TDD and mmWave-sub-6 aggregation along with standalone mmWave. The modem offers up to 10 Gbps peak downlink and up to 3.5 Gbps peak uplink speeds.

Qualcomm is adding new SoCs — S3 (QCC307x) and S5 (QCC517x) — to its Sound Platform. The new Sound Platforms support Hi-Res Bluetooth Audio and also LE Audio along with stereo recording for earbuds, 68 ms low-latency gaming mode, and 3rd gen Adaptive ANC.

The smartphone chipset market has ended 2021 with MediaTek still in the top spot, according to the latest Counterpoint Research report. The Galaxy A53 5G is almost upon us, an Exynos 1200-powered smartphone. WinFuture has now leaked the Galaxy A53 5G in four launch colours and has reiterated many of the device's specifications. Predictably, the Galaxy A53 5G shares many of its features with the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52s.

Nubia has unveiled the Z40 Pro, the first Android smartphone with a Sony IMX787 camera and MagSafe-style charging. The Z40 Pro is available in two versions, two colours and starts at CNY 3,399 (~US$537) in China with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

POCO continues to tease the next M4 Pro, a follow-up to last year's M4 Pro 5G. While the new smartphone may feature a 4G chipset, it could offer a significant advantage over the M4 Pro 5G. Unfortunately, it seems that the POCO M4 Pro is another re-branded Xiaomi smartphone.

OPPO has now launched its much-teased tablet, the OPPO Pad. The OPPO Pad makes its debut as a direct competitor to the Mi Pad 5 Pro in China, and slings a Snapdragon 870, 2.5K 120 Hz display, and a starting price tag that converts into less than US$400.

The Galaxy A53 5G has surfaced on the Google Play Console, just a few days after the Galaxy A33 5G did. Like the Galaxy A33 5G, the Galaxy A53 5G has an Exynos 1200 SoC, 6 GB of RAM and a 1080p display. The Galaxy A53 5G will be a larger alternative than the Galaxy A33 5G though.

Realme has registered new devices with the regulator TENAA, which has led to speculation that both are variants of the GT Neo3, as they only differ in terms of battery size. They are also now said to be powered by a new Dimensity processor, and to be the first phones from Realme to launch with its new charging speed, currently slated to go up to 150W.
