Samsung Germany confirms 5G version of the Galaxy Tab S7+; 15 W charger expected for 10,000 mAh tablet

Samsung Germany has confirmed that it will be releasing a 5G version of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S7+. Rumoured to be launching on August 5, the 12.4-inch tablet is thought to have a 120 Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 865 SoC and a 10,000 mAh battery. A 15 W charger is expected to be included in the box now, too.

The upcoming Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) looks to be Samsung's answer for Amazon's budget-friendly Fire tablets. The 8-inch display comes with ticker bezels, 1280 x 800 resolution, and a selfie cam at the top, while the internal specs include a Snapdragon 429 SoC coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB storage. This model will have LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, but it will be missing NFC and fingerprint scanning.

Possible Samsung Galaxy Tab S5 allegedly pays Geekbench a visit

Samsung's Galaxy Tab S4 was at the higher end of tablets on its release in 2018. Now, there are hints that it is getting a successor this year. A device possibly matching this description has been spotted on Geekbench, although it has subsequently disappeared.

Likely 7-inch variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) visits FCC

A new Samsung tablet has gone through FCC validation, and may thus be released soon. Judging by its model number (SM-T295), it will probably be unveiled as a Galaxy Tab A (2019) at this event. The new certifier's listing also suggests that it will be a 7-inch version of the existing Tab A 10.1, with a 4980mAh battery.

The new S-Class. The Galaxy Tab S5e looks a lot like the Galaxy Tab S4. However, while the latter is currently Samsung’s flagship tablet, the Tab S5e is significantly cheaper at nearly 400 Euros (~$448). The midrange tablet is about 20% lighter too. Samsung has not skimped on hardware to save on costs though, which could make the Tab S5e a better choice for some people than its more expensive sibling.
