Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 goes up for pre-order with free 4 month YouTube Premium sub
Samsung’s pain is your gain at the moment. With the company’s profit currently in a bit of a nosedive, its new product launches this year have featured various tempting pre-order bonuses. The Galaxy Tab S6 has just gone up for pre-order in the US with a couple of tempting bonuses for pre-order customers. Not only will you get four months of complimentary YouTube Premium, you can also score 50 percent off its Keyboard Cover (normally US$180) accessory if purchased in the same transaction.
The Galaxy Tab S6 is Samsung’s latest attempt to compete with Apple’s iPad Pro line and it puts forward a pretty convincing argument. Not only does if feature Samsung’s latest Super AMOLED tech, a feature yet to appear on Apple tablets, it also includes its latest wireless-charging S-Pen at no additional cost. Its new Keyboard Cover accessory also includes a trackpad for the first time on a Samsung Android tablet which is designed to take full advantage of its built-in Samsung DeX functionality.
It is not short on power either, fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 in combinations of 6 GB/128 GB and 8 GB/ 256 GB with support for microSD cards up to 1 TB. The Galaxy Tab S6 also comes in both Wi-Fi only and 4G LTE connectivity and for the first time includes dual-rear cameras on the back – one standard lens and one wide-angle which can come in hand for capturing presentations. The Home button is gone this time around with an in-screen fingerprint scanner added for security.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is retailing from US$649.00 and will ship on September 6.
