More details about the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 and Intel Arc A380 have emerged. While the RTX 3050 is tipped to launch with 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, the Intel Arc A380 could come in with 6 GB. The Intel Arc A380 is thought to offer GTX 1650 SUPER levels of performance, too.

Moore's Law is Dead recently shared a spec sheet summarizing leaked details about what appears to be an entry-level variant of the Intel Arc Alchemist GPU. The card could be priced as low as US$179, with performance on par with the GTX 1650 SUPER.

@BenchLeaks recently spotted OpenCL benchmarks, running on what appear to be an Intel Arc Alchemist GPU with 512 Execution Units. Due to unusually low clockspeeds in the test runs, though, the Intel card struggled to best even the GeForce RTX 2060.

It seems that Intel is preparing at least two Arc Alchemist reference designs based on DG2 GPUs. The desktop graphics cards have sleek designs with silver shrouds, black fans and black PCBs.

A tech blogger has posted unofficial renders of the Intel Arc Alchemist desktop graphics card reference design. It’s claimed the images of the dGPU were not based on guesswork and accurately represent the test cards. The same source also gave some idea of when both the laptop and desktop variants of Intel Arc Alchemist could be released.

Intel's upcoming Arc Xe-HPG DG2 Alchemist desktop GPU could sport a dual-slot, dual-cooler design with dual 9-blade fans going by hints in Intel's teaser video. Arc Alchemist will support all of DirectX12 Ultimate features, and Intel will likely talk about its own AI-based supersampling technology later this week.
