Retailers continue to cut the price of recent Sony Bravia LED Smart TVs. Currently, Amazon US and Sony have slashed US$300 off the KD-65X80K, a Bravia X80K series TV. While the KD-65X80K has a 4K native resolution, it only has a 60 Hz refresh rate.

The Sony XR-65X90K is available at a steep discount through Amazon and Sony in the US. Originally priced at over US$1,500, the LED Smart TV can now be picked up for US$998 with free delivery. The Bravia X90K series model offers HDMI 2.1 connectivity, 120 Hz gameplay and a native 4K resolution, among other features.

LG has announced the UltraGear 25GR75FG, its latest IPS-based gaming monitor. Equipped with a 24.5-inch and 1080p panel, the UltraGear 25GR75FG also delivers a fast refresh rate, low response times and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, among other features.

Amazon has slashed prices on a selection of Sony Bravia OLED televisions. The 55-inch A80K OLED TV is currently selling for just under US$1300, a savings of 35%. The 48-inch A90K OLED TV is $100 cheaper ($1198), 20% off its MSRP.

LG Display has confirmed more details about its next-generation OLED panels. Soon to be available in the LG G3 OLED, LG Display's 'OLED Meta' panels should provide superior brightness than their predecessors, with up to 2,100 nits peak luminosity quoted. LG Display claims that its new displays also offer wider viewing angles while consuming less power too.

The gigantic 48-inch display from LG is arguably one of the prettiest OLED gaming monitors on the market, and thanks to a current deal, the UltraGear 48GQ900 can now be ordered for one of its lowest sale prices to date.

Philips has announced the 40B1U5601H, a counterpart to the 40B1U5600 that the company already sells. While both feature 40-inch displays, the Philips 40B1U5601H has a 5 MP webcam that can be used for video calls and biometric authentication via Windows Hello. The Philips 40B1U5600 has a brighter display than the Philips 40B1U5601H, though.

The offer combines two promotions valid until January 30. The Jlink monitor is notable for its fast 144 Hz refresh rate, full sRGB coverage, FreeSync and G-Sync support, KVM, DP, and tilt and swivel stand adjustments.

The MSI G321Q is one of the company's latest gaming monitors. Revealed alongside the MAG321QR-QD, the MSI G321Q has a 32-inch IPS display, a 1080p native resolution and a 170 Hz refresh rate, among other features.

MSI has presented the MAG321QR-QD, a 32-inch and 1440p gaming monitor that also has a 170 Hz refresh rate. Offered with a USB hub, the MAG321QR-QD supports MSI's new console mode and is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified.

Although it lacks height adjustment and uses a TN panel, its 1 ms response time and 75 Hz refresh rate make the BenQ GL2780 an attractive choice for gamers on a tight budget. The ongoing discount (on both Amazon and BenQ's website) brings this FHD 27-inch monitor to US$149.99, 29% down from the list price of US$209.99.

Samsung has showcased its 2023 set of Neo QLED Smart TVs. Due to be released later this year with 4K and 8K resolutions, the next-generation models will support numerous features including Auto HDR Remastering and on-board SmartThings connectivity for compatibility with Matter, Thread and Zigbee devices.

HP has announced the E45c G5, a 44.5-inch VA monitor with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a DQHD resolution. HP has also outlined the monitor's launch price but has not been forthcoming about a release date for the time being.

Dell has unveiled the Alienware 500Hz Gaming Monitor (AW2524H), a 24.5-inch Fast IPS monitor that outputs at up to 500 Hz. The AW2524H will do battle with the ROG Swift Pro PG248QP, which ASUS claims can reach 540 Hz. Dell will start selling the Alienware 500Hz Gaming Monitor internationally by the end of this quarter.

BenQ has showcased the GP500, a DLP projector that can create 150-inch images while resolving at 4K. The projector will be available first in the US, where it will launch for US$1,799.

Released in mid-2022, the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 is a 32-inch curved gaming monitor with 4K UHD resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, and 1 ms response time. With a US$1,299.99 list price, it is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync. After Amazon's 23% discount, its price is US$999.99.

ViewSonic has unveiled the VX2722-4K-OLED, another professional monitor by the company. Equipped with a 27-inch panel sourced from JOLED, the VX2722-4K-OLED measures 27-inches across, outputs at 4K and is VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certified. ViewSonic has included plenty of ports too, including a USB Type-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery.

With an impressive refresh rate of 165 Hz and 1 ms GtG response time, the Dell G2722HS gaming monitor also sports a 99% sRGB color gamut and comes covered by a 3-year advanced exchange service and premium panel exchange limited warranty. With an estimated value of US$279.99, the G2722HS is now available from Dell US for just US$149.99.

RedMagic has sent out a survey to gauge the interest of its fans in its hardware, its growing line of PC gaming hardware as well as its flagship Android smartphones included. The Nubia subsidiary may have let a clue as to a new addition to the former slip in the process: a first-gen TV. It may or may not be joined by new peripherals from the brand.

Skyworth's bendable OLED TV is on display during CES 2023, alongside other TVs with tech such as mini-LED backlighting. The OEM is also demonstrating its own in-house OS as an alternative to the Google TV of its upcoming outdoor screen at the major Las Vegas conference.

LG has introduced the Signature OLED M3, a giant Smart TV that measures 97-inches across. Not only is the LG Signature OLED M3 larger than most Smart TVs, but it can also operate wirelessly, albeit not quite in the same sense as the Displace TV that also debuted during CES 2023.

LG is introducing the Micro Lens Array technology to boost peak brightness for its 2023 WRGB OLED panel, but is this enough to provide the edge over Samsung's latest improved QD-OLEDs?

Samsung has updated the Smart Monitor M8, an external monitor that can also be used as a Smart TV. Initially available with a 32-inch screen size, Samsung has now introduced a 27-inch edition, among other changes. Both models ship with mouse support, a revised stand and a higher resolution webcam too.

ASUS has exhibited the ROG Swift PG32UQXR, a 32-inch gaming monitor with a few elements to set it apart from its contemporaries. Not only does the monitor rely on Mini LED backlights for high peak brightness, but also DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity, among other features.

ASUS has debuted the ROG Swift Pro PG248QP, a monitor that builds on last year's ROG Swift 500 Hz. While the ROG Swift 500 Hz will never come to fruition, the ROG Swift Pro PG248QP delivers a peak 540 Hz refresh rate across its 24-inch E-TN panel. Lenovo has revealed two new gaming monitors at CES 2023, the Legion Y27f-30 and the Legion Y27qf-30. The monitors have 27-inch 16:9 panels with ultra-thin bezels around three sides, up to 280/250 Hz refresh rates, and 0.5 ms MPRT response times.

Displace has revealed its eponymous TV, having teased the device last month. Unexpectedly, the Displace TV is already available to pre-order on the company's website, where it can be ordered on its own or as a bundle of two or four units. The Displace TV works without any power cables and can be attached to walls without dedicated wall mounts.

Samsung has announced the Odyssey OLED G9 as part of its CES 2023 showcase. Unlike the Odyssey Neo G9, the Odyssey OLED G9 has a 49-inch display that relies on QD OLED technology. The curved and ultra-wide gaming monitor also operates at 1440p and 240 Hz, among other features.

ASUS has introduced a new 27-inch gaming monitor for those after a fast OLED panel. Announced as the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, the monitor combines a 240 Hz refresh rate with a 2.5K resolution and 1,000 nits of peak brightness, among other features.

Dell has revealed the UltraSharp U3224KB 32-inch IPS monitor with a 6K resolution. With an integrated webcam and two speakers, Dell is marketing the display to professionals who need a quality screen for work and video conferencing. The monitor also has plenty of ports in both the front and the back providing robust connectivity options.

LG has introduced a trio of new OLED Smart TVs for 2023. Arriving before the LG A3 and LG B3, the LG C3, G3 and Z3 all rely on the α9 Gen6 4K AI processor and offer a new version of webOS, among other features. LG has included AMD FreeSync, NVIDIA G-SYNC and HDMI 2.1a support too.

Samsung has announced a new version of the Odyssey Neo G9, its flagship gaming monitor. Not only has Samsung equipped the new Odyssey Neo G9 with a larger panel this time around, but it has also upgraded the Odyssey Neo G9 to an 8K resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate, among other changes.

The Jlink is packed with features that both gamers and creators can appreciate. If KVM isn't important to you, however, then cheaper alternatives exist that offer the same native resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, and VA panel.

An Alienware gaming monitor purportedly capable of up to a 500 Hz refresh rate has surfaced on social media. According to the leak, the Alienware AW2524H will make an official appearance at CES 2023. A couple of rumored key specifications for the Alienware 500 Hz gaming monitor are included in the Twitter post along with a single image.

Samsung has launched another gaming monitor in Korea, this time in the form of the 43-inch Odyssey Neo G7 with model number G70NC. The device features a Quantum Mini-LED display that can offer 4K resolution output and a gaming-friendly refresh rate of 144 Hz. The new 43-inch Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 has a price tag of 1.25 million won (~US$982).

The AMD FreeSync-compatible LG 32GN650-B Ultragear gaming monitor comes with a 32-inch screen and 95% sRGB color gamut alongside HDR10 support, 1 ms response time, 165 Hz refresh rate, and 2,560 X 1,440 pixels. With a list price of US$399.99, it is now down 33% on Amazon to a more wallet-friendly price tag of US$266.99.

Although it sports a lower resolution than the Odyssey G9 and Neo G9, the Samsung Odyssey Ark sports a massive 55-inch screen size, four corner speakers alongside two central woofers, and provides unique features such as Cockpit Mode and Eclipse Lighting. The ongoing 29% discount brings its price down to US$2,499.99.

Discounted by 28% down to US$1,653.80 from a list price of US$2,299.99, the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 is similar to the less expensive Odyssey G9. The main difference between them is that it has HDMI 2.1 inputs and Mini LED backlighting, this providing slightly brighter images with improved local dimming.

With a list price of US$1,399.99, the 49-inch Samsung Odyssey G9 gaming monitor comes with a curve that matches that of the human eye and features a 240 Hz refresh rate alongside a 125% sRGB color gamut. Thanks to the ongoing 32% discount, those interested can purchase it from Amazon for US$949.02.

Packing an IPS panel with an extreme refresh rate of 360 Hz and NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer, 1 ms GtG response time, as well as sRGB 99% color gamut, the 24.5-inch Alienware AW2521H gaming monitor has an MSRP tag that reads US$649.99. Amazon's current list price of US$627.89 is now down to US$457.

Samsung has started selling the Dragon Knight G7 in China, where the device is available for CNY 4,999 (~US$717). Lenovo has launched two new high-end mini-LED monitors, the ThinkVision P32pz-30 and P27pz-30. Both support 10-bit colours and cover 98% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. They can be purchased in August 2023 starting at US$1,699.

Skyworth has announced that the Clarus will be the first TV of the type that can be installed outdoors with Google's stock UI on its launch. It is also touted as ideal for its target setting thanks to its bright mini-LED-based display and ingress-resistant metallic housing. The upcoming outdoor TV should become available to pre-order in 2023.

Apple may well have new 24-inch iMac and iMac Pro all-in-one machines in development, but neither are expected to arrive until the end of 2023, at the earliest. Mark Gurman has also shared processor details about the pair, along with some information about forthcoming external monitors, including a Pro Display XDR successor.

Nubia has brought another RedMagic-branded gaming monitor to market in China. Sold as a 2K monitor, the RedMagic monitor actually offers a 2.5K native resolution, as well as a 240 Hz refresh rate, among other features.
