The Raptor Lake-based Intel Core i5-13600K has made an appearance on Geekbench. In the first run, it nets a single/multi-core score of 2,012/16,054 and 1,980/14,225 in the second instance. Its performance cores boosted as high as 5.1 GHz during the test.

Intel's upcoming Raptor Lake-based Core i9-13900K has shown up online yet again, this time around on the CPU-Z Validator benchmark database. It scored 864 and 13,054 in the single and multi-thread tests, respectively.

A new leak suggests that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 will operate at a base clock speed of 2,235 MHz. Boost clocks are set at 2,520 MHz and could go as high as 2,750 MHz.

Samsung has announced that it has successfully begun the process of manufacturing its inaugural chips of a 3 nanometer (3nm) architecture, projected to become the cutting edge of consumer processing power in 2023. The OEM already claims that its first-gen 3nm silicon is capable of performance that is over 20% improved compared to that of its 5nm predecessor, with a ~50% boost to power-efficiency on top of that.

Spiders Games has opened up pre-orders for its upcoming Soulslike title Steelrising. The game borrows heavily from Bloodborne and is set in French Revolution-era Paris. It will be available to play on September 8.
