2020 will mark the first year that OnePlus will take part in CES, the traditional January Las Vegas tech fest. The OEM has just sent out teaser images for a "special event" that will run through the relevant dates in that location. This has led to speculation that it will unveil the rumored 8 Lite smartphone.

A leaked firmware update from Garmin all but confirms that a new solar-powered wearable is coming from the outdoor tech company. The Garmin Instinct 2 Solar, as the device is likely to be called, will feature a solar-powered recharge system, a Pulse Ox sensor, and a few other features.

The OPPO Reno3 5G showed up on TENAA today with some preliminary specs. The Reno3 will indeed support 5G thanks to the MediaTek MT6885 powering the phone. Other specifications closely match the Reno3 Pro 5G.

Samsung has registered a phone called the SM-G9810 with the 3C telecomms authority in China. This device may turn out to be the rumored Galaxy S11e. If so, it will ship with a 25-watt fast charger and have a 5G variant.

The XT will share all its specifications with its non-XT sibling, although AIBs will offer it with up to 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, 4 GB more than the RX 5500 has. The Galaxy A11 is currently believed to be one of Samsung's phones up for release in the new year. A device with what may be its model number has appeared on Geekbench 4. This new leak points to 2GB of RAM, a rather elderly Snapdragon SoC and Android 10.

The SM-G770 and SM-N770F have reportedly been certified by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG). The well-crafted images show the forthcoming flagship smartphone with a central punch-hole front-facing camera and a huge housing on the rear for the penta-lens camera setup, which apparently features a laser-focusing module.
Update: Another noted leaker has claimed that these S11+ renders based on CAD drawings are wrong.
