The iPhone 12 proves extremely repair-unfriendly in a new video

Apple's products have shown themselves as resistant to teardowns and re-assembly in the past. The Australian device-repair YouTuber Hugh Jeffreys has posted a new video that seems to demonstrate that this is also true of the recently-launched iPhone 12. The device's UI and cameras exhibited anomalies in response to a motherboard switch.

PlateStation 5 gets busted by PlayStation 5

PlateStation 5 has had to change its name due to legal issues in regard to the upcoming PlayStation 5 next-gen console. The third-party accessory/customizing company had released a handful of renders featuring the PS5 with different color plates. The firm is now known as Customize My Plates.

Today's launch of the GeForce RTX 3070 was another bust for fans of Founders Edition cards, following a major retailer emptying customer baskets to attempt to cope with the influx of website traffic. Unsurprisingly, resellers have flooded market places like eBay with RTX 3070 Founders Edition cards, where they are selling for nearly 50% more than the RTX 3080.

Xiaomi's MIUI 12 Global ROM bug tracker moves into volume 2 with numerous entries from the POCO F1 joined by Mi 10 Pro and POCO F2 Pro bugs

Xiaomi has started publishing volume two of its MIUI 12 Global ROM bug tracker report over at the Mi Community forum. The table contains a list of issues reported by Mi Pilot testers, with the POCO F1 featuring heavily. There are also entries for the Redmi Note 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, POCO F2 Pro, and Redmi 9A.
