HDDs still going strong: Western Digital announces 20 TB drives with OptiNAND flash memory

The new drives combine traditional platters with iNAND UFS memory to improve speeds and reliability. These drives are not similar to existing hybrid SSHDs since OptiNAND is not used to store user data. Instead, the NAND memory stores metadata from HDD operations and RRO defects, plus it can improve performance by buffering out more data, and also increase reliability allowing 50x more data to be flushed.

Samsung refreshes the 6,000mAh Galaxy M21 for 2021 with some spec bumps and a new starting price

Samsung has upgraded the Galaxy M21 with the...Galaxy M21. This new version of the 2020 phone has most of the original's features, its massive 6,000mAh battery included. However, it also offers a new rear panel with an updated 48MP primary camera. It will be released to the Indian market on July 26, 2021.
